The guest service at Negiya Ryofukaku was amazing. They pay attention to detail, are friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in each and every Guest. They offer a personal shuttle to the Bus stop or the immediate local arima area. They assisted us with dining reservations for our first night. The dinner and two breakfasts were delicious. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful room and the onsen are nice. The meals were an absolute highlight of the trip and all were delicious and full of variety. Spent a lot of time in the library/lounge and was grateful for that space. A beautiful place to rest and recharge.

the food is terrible

Die Zimmer sind aufgrund des Alters des Hotels an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas abgenutzt. Das Zimmer muss einmal ein Raucherraum gewesen sein, daher wurde mit allen möglichen Mitteln versucht, den Geruch zu übertünchen.

2 day break was lovely the staff were wonderful the dinners delightful and the local area was a delight to explore.

Everything is good. Shuttle bus service is available.

Hotel is lovely, room is fab traditional space. Onsen facilities are beautiful Staff and service was excellent Food is VERY authentic japanese - be aware of that if you're more used to Western Japanese foods

What a tucked away gem. It feels like a special retreat back in time. The private open air bath and traditional room were very cozy and enjoyable. The facilities are retro but well maintained. Staff were kind and the experience was unique and definitely worth it. We did the kaiseki meal and enjoyed the whole experience. I would recommend it for sure. We did not use the onsen so can’t comment. Thank for great experience.

The room was amazing and very nice to relax in. We had a corner room in the east wing so had an expansive view.

とてもゆっくり､時間が流れていく静かな環境が素晴らしい。レトロな雰囲気と外のロケーションがマッチングしている。 部屋の大きな窓から､新緑､青紅葉素晴らしい また窓を開けると､木漏れ日､優しい風が静かに部屋に入ってくるとても気持ちの良い気持ちで過ごすことができました。 朝食も美味しい､お風呂の泉質も軟水で縦巻き持ち良い､従業員の方々､お宿の温かさが伝わって来ます。，大変お世話になりました またリピートします

This is a traditional Ryokan. It is close to the village and onsens. If you are looking for Japanese experience, it's great. I did not like the meals but I do not like traditional meals. If you don't want fish for breakfast, then eat in town. The pillow was typical hard pillow. Futon ok

엄마 모시고 떠난 온천여행이였어요. 온천물이 피부를 매끈하게 만들어주고 여행에서 쌓인 피로도 풀어줘요. 고즈넉한 분위기의 건물이 좋았어요. 신식 호텔을 바라신다면 다른곳으로가시는게 좋아요. 여긴 옛날식이라 멋진 료칸이에요. 여행중 이용한 침구중에 제일 포근하고 잠이 잘왔어요. 즐거운 추억 감사합니다.
