Tanto habitaciones en limpieza, como personal de recepción en atencion a la llegada mucho mss que bien.

la limpieza, la atención del personal fue excelente. la cocina un poco tardada.

La habitación no tiene ventanas. No habia klenex, habitacion sin ventilación. El servicio de restaurante se demoraba más de media hora en servir los alimentos.

La habitación estaba impecable y el servicio fue siempre muy bueno. Solo me gustaría que climatizaran la alberca porque fui en diciembre y no pude meterme porque el agua es a temperatura ambiente. Voveria sin duda

The hotel lacked a microwave and small refrigerator I am giving it 5 stars because of the food service captain Tono. He was excellent very attentive cordial and always made sure my husband and I got taken care of. The breakfast was good it’s a shame there’s no room service after 3pm. Habitación muy amplia y limpia, personal muy amable y en ubicación muy conveniente

everything was nicely arrange, room was clean as well as the bathrooms. the food at breakfast was delicious as well as the service. I do have a couple of negatives things to report: there was not iron or iron board in the room and there were only three cloth hangers in the closet. not enough when you are traveling for business and staying more than two days

Excelente y rápida estancia

Los servicios en mal estado, aire acondicionado incontrolable, televisión y cable incontrolable, aun con los controles remotos. Baño tapado, después de uso de 2 personas ya no se va el desperdicio y se satura la taza. Bonita imagen, triste realidad.
