Very nice place, food was very good with a lot of options and drinks as well. The pool was very nice and there were a lot of options where to sit. Decent evening activities. Overall a good experience that I would recommend 👌

Average resort for this price. Great dinners, lunch was ok, breakfasts was really bad. But for late breakfast there is pool crepes option, that were really great. Overall rooms are good, but we get the room at the end of the corridor with leaking hole in the ceiling and a lot of mosquitoes/flies on the way to the room. Territory is quite nice, but the sea in this region is quite muddy with some seaweeds. Overall, not a bad stay, but definitely needs some improvements. And if you are appreciate clean and crystal clear water in the sea, you should look to another hotel in another region.

Let’s be honest: this is not a 5-star luxury resort. More like a solid 3-star with delusions of grandeur. The food? Carb-heavy, flavour-light, and stuck on repeat. The à la carte restaurants? Somehow even worse (don’t ask me how, but they pulled it off). And yet… I had a great time. The place has character. The staff are genuinely kind, the guests are a decent, friendly bunch, and it all feels safe, laid-back, and chilled fun. The setting is gorgeous, and the resident barista deserves a medal — by the end of the week he was cranking out espresso macchiatos like a pro. If you’re chasing champagne-soaked, Instagram-perfect “luxury,” skip it. Which is exactly the best part: the pretentious crowd won’t be here. Instead, you’ll find a relaxed, respectful vibe in a beautiful spot — and that’s worth far more than a limp à la carte menu.

The room is small for three people, especially the bathroom. Otherwise, it's comfortable and quiet. Everything was within walking distance from our room. The shared pool is nice and spacious. The complex is large and crowded, especially the restaurant. The entertainment in and around the pool is very noisy. Great for children, not for those seeking peace and quiet. There are many steps and strairs in the complex. All staff are helpful and friendly. And there is a beautiful private beach.

Huge hotel with lot of travellers. Lot of heavy noice, music. Long queques to buffet. Pools smell lot of clority. Beach isn't nice, its mold and water isnt clear. Only positive thing was good quality room with swim-up.

Die Unterkunft sollte dringend renoviert werden, da einige Bereiche, insbesondere die Klimaanlage, in einem schlechten Zustand sind. Aus der Klimaanlage kam ein unangenehmer, sehr übler Geruch, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch das Essen könnte vielfältiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Leider entsprach das Angebot nicht den Erwartungen. Ein weiteres Problem waren die unzureichenden Parkmöglichkeiten. Es standen nicht genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was zu Unannehmlichkeiten geführt hat.

Food are good, the location good accessible with car only from the airport, staff are polite, the beach are good, Family room with private pool isn't worth it as it's not really private and isolated, shared one are more than enough, parking not enough for the season (July/Aug),

I like this hotel, they can improve by offering more shadows around the pool, otherwise the pool is exposed to the sun for the entire day and everyone end up with a shrimp red color sunburn. The food was the same every day, the quality was not the best either.

Rooms freshly renovated. The cleaning ladies did their job perfectly. We had room 956 and there was a problem with the sewage system. The problem was solved but it took a long time. Overall, the hotel is worth recommending. Unfortunately, the meals are too low for a 5-star hotel. Not much seafood, despite the sea around. Low-quality alcohol, If you like good coffee, only go to the main bar. Plaza only for hotel guests.😀Overall, for the price we paid we were satisfied. A big thank you to the staff, they were really nice and helpful.

The customer service was outstanding! the location was great, getting to walk out the back of the room right to the water was a highlight. We also enjoyed the bars and evening shows. Overall, fabulous place to stay!

Zimmer der Boden wurde nicht gewischt, Zuviels Leute am Shared Pool, Essen war ok. 11:00 Uhr Check out und sehr unbeweglich wegen späteren Check out, es war für diesen Service zu teuer nie wieder!!! Maximal 4Sterne !!!!!

Estuvimos alojados en habitación con piscina y no había reglas de ningún tipo allí entraba cualquiera y te dejaba sin hamacas si no madrugabas . Deberían especificar que las hamacas corresponden a cierto tipo de habitaciones .El trato en recepción fue PÉSIMO . Ya que nadie hablaba espa , pero qué curioso que los camareros de el bar de recepción se hacían ententender y los camamreros sobre todo Fotinmi excelente !!! . Comida excelente !!! Hotel bonito . Le faltaba una plancha en la habitación . El caletendor de agua no funcionaba recepción no hacía caso respecto a esto . Hablábamos con el traductor del móvil y nos comprendían . Yo padezco de tensión baja y no nos daban café para la habitación . Hasta que de mal humor y mal estar bajé y se lo dije , ya hay no falto el café ni un solo Día . Por lo demas el Hotel estuvo Bien .

La struttura è molto ampia e ben organizzata. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile: la prima camera che ci avevano assegnato aveva dei problemi e hanno immediatamente risolto cambiandocela. In generale lo staff è molto attento e premuroso verso gli ospiti. Note dolenti: sicuramente il mare non è azzurro e cristallino come in altre parti dell’isola (consiglio di noleggiare una macchina) e soprattutto il cibo. Si tratta di un villaggio prevalentemente tedesco e francese quindi per gli italiani lo standard del cibo è molto basso.. gli stranieri apprezzavano invece.

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand hôtel au bord de la mer. Les piscines sont très agréables mais si vous souhaitez un transat levez vous très tôt pour poser vos serviettes. Le tout inclus est vraiment exceptionnel, le personnel est adorable, polie, prévenant. Les animations sont toujours parfaites et conduites par une équipe sympathique et performante.

Excellent hotel facilities situated right on the beach front. Abundance of food all day and a great entertainment team. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay

As this was supposed to be an "All Inclusive Resort", it was extremely disappointing. First they placed myself and my wife into a very small room with a double bed and a set of bunkbeds. There was barely enough room to turn around in the room. Prior to that, they sent us out to find our room with poor directions, which was very confusing. They did place us in a different , larger room without the bunkbeds after complaining to the management. Secondly, I have stayed in several All Inclusive resorts, however, this was the first that charged you CASH deposits, for everything...ie. Pool towels, WiFi. There, was very little to do there that was included. They had a couple of kayaks and paddle boats that you could RENT. The food was basically the same every day, consisting of almost all carbs and starches, very little meat was served. They also had 3 separate, very small "restaurants" that you could make a reservation for, but it was very difficult getting a reservation and you were limited to what you could order, ie. 1 appetizer and 1 entrée, nothing more. The maid service entered the room everyday regardless of the do not disturb sign, twice while we were still in bed. All drinks were served in 4 oz paper cups, that, given the heat and humidity, would practically disintegrate within about 10 minutes. This was a very poor excuse for an All Inclusive resort. Myself nor my group of 12 will never return nor suggest it anyone else looking for an all inclusive resort experience.
