The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very considerate! The property is dated and could use a refresh. The bed was comfortable. The on site restaurant was fine.

We love their breakfast although we forgot this time we stayed, pool was great and staff were awesome as always !

Checked into our room late at night after a long day's drive, and got our children settled and into bed. We were getting ready to climb into bed and found a bedbug on the pillow of our bed! We immediately took our children out of the bed and called down to the front desk and the staff did not believe us at first and they sent a staff to come look at it. The staff member came into the room and flipped the pillow and found the bedbug. The front desk said she was going to upgrade us free of charge to a nicer room. We had to go into the new room and check it all down for bedbugs. Beware of bedbugs.

Was wonderful stay.

The front desk staff were lovely both at checkIn and checkout. The room was clean and more spacious than I was expecting, other places I’ve stayed in high Level weren’t this clean. We really appreciated the open space of the lobby and all the windows. The hot breakfast buffet was good… the staff were friendly and attentive.

Pleasant staff, clean room, excellent lounge for supper.

I accidentally booked the same room twice on the app cause it kept loading and loading, so I backed out and hot book again. Hotel and Hotels.com will not refund the double booking, out a couple hundred dollars.

Great breakfast selection and a fun pool!
