The hotel was very well located and in a nice building. However, it was understaffed and breakfast choice was limited. Compared to other options in the same neighborhood, it seems a bit overpriced.

Excellent service, spacious rooms, unique design. One of the best hotels we have experienced. Hope to return.

Si te gustan las chinches, este puede ser tu hotel ideal. Pasamos las últimas noches de nuestro viaje a Bélgica en este hotel, pensando que sería el lugar ideal para relajarnos. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Tanto mi marido como yo sufrimos múltiples picaduras de lo que en un principio pensamos que serían mosquitos. Al volver a Madrid, dada la virulencia del picor, fuimos al médico, quien nos indicó que por el patrón de las picaduras eran muy probablemente de chinches. Alertamos inmediatamente al hotel, que fue bastante reacio a admitir siquiera la posibilidad de una plaga. Nos prometieron enviarnos el informe de la inspección de su empresa de desinsectación para que nos quedásemos tranquilos. Todavía estamos esperándolo. No nos han ofrecido compensación alguna y han sido bastante bordes en su respuesta.

This is one of the most beautiful comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in and we have been throughout Europe on many trips! The staff were lovely, the room spectacular, breakfasts delicious and overall an amazing experience within which to enjoy Antwerp. The staff we met were exceptional - friendly, helpful and so welcoming. And located in a quiet neighborhood, easy steps from old Antwerp, and lots of restaurants. Wonderful stay!

Just an all around great place to stay - I love Antwerp and this place is so beautifully done and close to everything. The staff are beyond helpful and warm - as a constant traveler those two things always make the biggest impact for me. And dog friendly - I mean...just amazing.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this cute boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely comfortable and at home. The rooms are each so unique, welcoming, and comfortable. You can tell every detail of design in this hotel was really thought out! The rooms on the main floor are also so inviting, and we enjoyed a nightcap every night in the bar or living area by a fire. The staff is so friendly and were even kind enough to make us nightly reservations at their favorite restaurants. The hotel is in a great central location to walk to about everything you need! We would definitely stay here again!

Det er virkelig hyggeligt og intimt hotel. Farverigt og lækkert indrettet. Og så er personalet de sødeste og mest hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligge meget centralt og man kan gå til alt derfra. Morgenmaden er hyggeligt tilberedt i åbent køkken af to søde kvinder som laver alt du ønsker til dig. Igen søde og imødekommende som alle andre på hotellet.

Amazing property. Great location. Terrific style and atmosphere. Awesome customer service and staff! Wish I didn't have to ring a doorbell and wait for entry during the day (thought I understand this procedure late at night).
