The staff are all really great. Deployment of staff could be better managed e.g. in some areas there is an abundance of staff and in others there are few or none available.

Service désastreux, buffet très restreint et franchement pas bon. Personnel qui ne se soucie absolument pas du confort des clients et ne répond à aucune demande. A peine le niveau d’un 2 étoiles, mais à 480€ la nuit!

Todo muy bien, muy agusto, un sitio para descansar y relajarse, por ponerle un pero la comida si fuera un poquito mejor sería increíble

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Superb location for anyone that loves golf, biking, hiking or indeed lazing by the pool. Felt like we had the place to ourselves even though the restaurant was relatively busy each evening. The staff are instinctively helpful at every turn and just a five day break felt like a fortnight. Well-being in a week right here! Chapeau to the HDC team and I’m sure I’ll be back with my golf clubs at some point to play Seve’s 18 👌

Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point. The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. Some of the best food we had during our stay on the island The pools were perfect.

Very good experience, we would love to visit the hotel again.

Het hotel ligt erg afgelegen . Geen restaurantjes of winkels in de buurt, daardoor taxikosten erg hoog.

Ruhig Schönes Zimmer Wunderschöne Aussicht Sehr schöne und liebevoll gestaltete Anlage Grosses sehr gutes Buffet (Frühstück & Abendessen) Beheizter grosser Pool und Nichtbeheizter kleinerer Pool. Gäste können sich auf der Hotelanlage verteilen, hatte viele unterschiedliche Sitz-&-Liegemöglichkeiten Kaffee-& Tee mit kleinen Esswaren am Nachmittag gratis

Hotel is located comfortably beside the golf couse with magnificent views. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Buffet breakfast and dinner works well. Fine gourmet restaurant Salazar is good and the staff especially good. Room was very spacy, bed is a bit on the hard side and bathroom and shower are very good. Noice insulation between the rooms is very weak and we were unlucky to have noisy neighbours. Overall very enjoyable week at the Hacienda.

Wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, hervorragende Küche und Service. Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Augen abgelesen. Etwas abgelegen und nur kurvenreich zu erreichen.

Unterkunft war weitläufig und schön angelegt. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, die ist abgelegen.

Schönes Haus in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung. Gutes Essen. Leider sind die Böden/Decken nicht ausreichend lärmgedämmt, so dass man den Bewohner oberhalb mehr als deutlich hört (sehr laute Schritte, Möbelrücken, Stimmen usw.). Das ist leider ein deutlich negativer Punkt.

Endroit paisible, belles vues, spa limité à 10 personnes ce qui est agreable, 2 cours de sport par jour. Tres beau bar. Tres bonne litterie. Très grand chambre. Petit bemol l'insonorisation entre les chambres

Super hôtel avec de bonnes infrastructures. Obligé d'avoir une voiture de location car loin de tout, mais du coup excellent pour se reposer, loin de la foule. Sinon le personnel très sympa dans son ensemble. Seul point négatif. Il faut attendre que le lifeguard place les coussins autour de la piscine et parfois il faut encore demander à ce qu'il le fasse. Il commence son service à 1200 seulement. Inadmissible pour le prix et le standing de l'hôtel.

L’hôtel est tout simplement incroyable. La propreté, la vue qu’il y a depuis l’hôtel, les activités proposés, tout était somptueux ! Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel avec un rapport qualité prix incroyable !
