Not enough lighting, TVs were extremely slow changing channels.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast, clean.

The desk manager, Devon, was fantastic. So helpful with the check-in, and with dinner recommendations.

Mattress was a board. Could not get a good nights sleep. Back ache all morning. Terrible!!

Upon check-in I was greeted with such kindness and laughter, it made for a great end to such a hectic day. Tisha and Shay were very personable and made me feel right at home. It was late so I wanted it to be a quick process and they made sure check-in was fast and smooth. Thanks ladies!

Arrived around 11 pm and had notified the hotel I would be arriving late. There was no one at the counter to check me in. Another customer was waiting for her room. She had checked in and gotten key. When she got to her room the beds were not even made. The check in clerk had left the front counter to go clean this ladies room. I had to wait several minutes until someone had called for the manager to come to the hotel and help out.

It’s was good

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had plenty of options, it was better than most hotel breakfasts. The pool had plenty of clean towels available. The indoor pool water was very cold but otherwise nice. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The lady working the front desk was particularly nice and seemed great at her job.

The website said it had a hot tub by the indoor pool. That was misleading because there was not and that was the main reason why I booked the hotel. Or else I would have not stayed there.

The customer service was fantastic. Room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Will definitely stay here next time we’re back in town visiting our friends.
