3rd visit and never disappointed. Always clean rooms, clean facilities, quiet location and clean hotel.

Hotell som levererar vad man kan förvänta sig av ett förorts hotell nära London. Rent, trevlig personal och ett plus då man kan beställa omelett som tillagas på beställning.

Clean room and great parking. I use this hotel for early flight from Heathrow and you always get a good night sleep and don't have to worry about parking your car.

Was nice and friendly staff. Only con theres no jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. Complimentary birthday platter.

Great experience here. Spa and pool were excellent and large, great food options both at dinner and breakfast. Evening food was slightly pricey but excellent quality so fair really.

Overall we had a nice stay with our young children. The hotel is more corporate than family friendly. Very rule focused on making sure children are well behaved especially in the swimming pool and was reminded to stop my three year old not to occasionally scream in the pool fron excitement which dampened our experience. Nice breakfast and friendly restaurant staff. Reception staff could be more inviting. Rooms were clean and of a good standard. Also am wondering how long it will take for us to get our £75 deposit back that we had to pay on arrival.

Excellent hotel overall. Very comfortable, cleaned and well located.

Staff very welcoming and bar staff very knowledgeable and pleasant.Bar meal on Friday evening was ok,had to ask a couple of times for the correct order.Breakfast was again ok,hot selection needs attention,maybe batch cooking rather than huge amounts cooked at one time?Due to family priorities didn’t use the spa unfortunately

Hotel was booked so that we could use the swimming facilities as a family. When we called the hotel they stated anyone under 16 has to be with an adult, however nothing regarding under 3year olds. We were upset to be told this when checking in, as we booked an extra day so we could enjoy the facilities, had we known this earlier we would have stayed at a different hotel which did not offer these facilities. We do not feel it is clear on hotels.com. And reiterate had we known we couldn’t use the facilities we would have booked a different hotel.

It’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway as there’s nothing to do there but relax

Lovely quiet comfortable room. However car park full on arrival. Overflow car park hard to find as not signposted anywhere, not even in the car park itself.

Reshv at the reception, hopefully I spelt right. My husband needed a WiFi urgently to sort out his work stuff online, even though we did not check in yet upon arrival, this gentleman make sure that my husband was fully sorted whilst we checked in after.. all the other staff were nice nice too. Clean environment, nice and quiet. I will definitely book again when next I come around👏

Lovely hotel, great food menu, very close to train station with accessible walkway. Ample car parking on site and close to main roads.
