Great hotel in an amazing location. Our 2nd time staying at the property. Close to everything in Florence. Staff is excellent!

**The People Are What Make This Hotel Five-Star** I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world. While this hotel delivered on everything you expect from luxury—beautiful rooms, excellent amenities, and attention to detail—the true difference was the exceptional service. Azmir, the doorman, welcomed us with the same genuine smile every day during our five-night stay. His warmth and professionalism, even standing at the entrance all day in the Florence summer heat, truly stood out. For international travelers, the WhatsApp support was a wonderful touch. Antonietta and Nadine from Guest Relations responded quickly and made communication effortless. Angelica and Nirvan from the front desk also provided incredible support during my lost luggage situation. The true test came after we checked out. One of our pieces of luggage was lost by the carrier and arrived at the hotel after we had already left Italy. Although we were no longer guests, the team kept our luggage safe, sent updates and photos, followed my instructions, and coordinated the shipment back to our home in the United States. Special thanks to Erika and Antonello for arranging the shipping label, DHL pickup, and keeping me updated until it was collected. I often saw the phrase “We remain at your disposal” in their emails, and this hotel truly meant it. Thank you to the entire team for showing us what exceptional hospitality truly means.

Very happy I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Excellent location. Extremely hospitable staff! Very pretty lobby and breakfast area. Access to unlimited filtered water was wonderful! So was the quality of air conditioning in the room. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful with a lost item on the train, they were all fabulous, Antoniella called the train department and answered emails that were in Italian for me to get my lost bag . Breakfast buffet very good, location fabulous.

Hotel extraordinario. El más bonito de Florencia. El mejor ubicado y con el mejor desayuno. Es la cuarta vez que nos hospedamos aquí. El staff nos hace sentir como parte de la familia. Un agradecimiento especial a Nadine por todas sus magníficas atenciones con el hospedaje. A Erika, por estar siempre pendiente de nuestra estancia. A Tomaso, el magnífico chef. The room I got was kind claustrophobic , clean. The breakfast I would recommend getting somewhere else, my coffee was cold, I order pancakes and never got delivered to me. I just went out to a restaurant and got a fresh warm cappuccino. Overall i won’t stay at the property or brand again.

Absolutely lovely and charming hotel! It’s in a great location. Excellent food and drinks. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Walking distance from the train station and the center. I would recommend it!
