Chambre beaucoup trop petite, Clim qui fonctionne à peine, personnel oasis très accueillant. La chambre oasis du tout insonorisée.

My two children and I were in Grenoble for two days. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The property was cozy and located half a block from the train station. The front desk staff spoke perfect English, which was nice because my French is terrible. We look forward to coming back.

Bel hôtel joliment rénové. Acceuil très agréable en début de soirée ; plus rugueux en fin de soirée (pas la même personne). Chambre petite, mais agréable. Gros point noir : dans une chambre sous les toits, la Clim n’a pas fonctionné, je n’ai quasiment pas dormi de la nuit !

Superbe hôtel à quelques pas de la gare tout en étant au calme. L’accueil fut parfait et le petit déjeuner excellent 🙏

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof weg. Das Zimmer war gut, aber die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und daher war es sehr heiss im Zimmer, da auch die Ausentemperatur an diesem Tag 32 Grad war.

problème de clim alors que la température dépassait le 30 degrés ça peut arriver mais aucune proposition de compensation ni geste commercial et c’est cela qui est regrettable

Baguette war hart. Auschecken parken kompliziert und erst möglich mit Parkpersonal.

Old tired building & rooms. Advertised with parking but it costs extra and there are only 6 spaces and they are extremely small tight spaces and access and very dangerous to get a normal size car in and out of. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage.

Chambre et douche très petites . Pas de fruits au petit déjeuner, 1 seule machine à café. Réception et salle restauration jolies
