This is the third times i stayed in this hotel. Convenient close to port susa Within 3-5 minutes walk. Easy to find restaurant in the area 1-2 km to city center What i dont like is at night there were some noises from the traffic that could wake me up anytime during the night.

Very clean and friendly, great location

The hotel was well situated in relation to the Porta Susa train station which was important to us. However upon arrival we found our first challenge, a steep staircase, my wife being on two crutches and myself struggling with the size and weight of our cases. The very helpful receptionist, Firas, brought our baggage up to the lobby and subsequently up a second small flight of stairs between the elevator and the room. The room itself was comfortable, spacious with plenty of storage although at the time of day we arrived was not very light, we discovered shutters half down and a balcony, however as there was a thunderstorm we didn’t make use of that. There were plenty of electrical outlets although nearly all of them were the Italian Type J Europlugs rather than the more common circular Type C. The TV showed only Italian Digital Terrestrial channels as far as I searched, nothing on demand or other languages. We got a good night’s sleep despite the thunder as the shutter gave soundproofing. The in-room safe appeared to malfunction.Reception arranged to unlock it and we decided not to chance it a second time. My wife usually irons clothing when we arrive. We were a bit taken aback that there was no option to borrow an ironing board and iron, but the ever helpful reception gave us access to an ironing room instead. We enjoyed breakfast on day 1 but received too few of the items I had ordered to take with us for breakfast on day 2 as we departed before restaurant opening time.

Spacious room. The facilities are a little out-dated

Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Parkering precis utanför för 15 euro per dygn. Bra läge, om.man inte orlar gå in till stadskärnan kan man ta tunnelbanan en bit.

È stata una esperienza di una notte soltanto, ma è stata comunque piacevole nonostante mi fossi ammalato proprio in quella giornata, buon servizio. Se tornassi a Torino tornerei senz’altro in questa struttura!

This was a very comfortable small hotel, conveniently located, with extremely helpful staff and a hot breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable and warmly decorated and it's an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and a local outdoor market.

Grande chambre. Confortable. Bonne literie. Propre Larges couloirs. A 10 mn a pied du centre. PDJ complet. Personnel très accueillant. Rapport qualité prix parfait.
