The hotel it’s good at all!

The staff was friendly and great but the overall cost and shape of our room was not worth the price. Our door had definitely been busted open as it had a huge wide opening at the bottom and was off.

Sleeping on the job

very clean ,breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay .

Room was ok. No daily room service.

Dirty blanket TV doesn't work

The floors need to be cleaned in rm 211.

El personal fue muy atento, el desayuno no estuvo muy completo, lo que me pareció tan pésimo fue que el colchón estaba húmedo, al acostarme me dio el olor tan fuerte a orines que incluso transpuso las sábanas. Horrible experiencia

I had a great stay. The room was clean but only complaint would be the lack of communication when wanting to check in earlier

Cuando llegamos al hotel y revisamos el bano, estaba sucio y con hongo. Hablamos con Expedia para cancelar y no nos ayudo y en el hotel nos cambian por otro mas caro, en fin, se soluciono limpiando la habitacion.

We enjoyed our stay.

The white comforters on both beds were stained with multiple areas of yellow and what looked like old blood stains. There was also hairs on the bed. granted this was the second room assigned to us as the first one was still dirty with used soap & bath towels on the counter & trash in the waste basket. I asked the front desk employee to go check the room herself to look at the condition of the comforters. They needed to be put in the trash. Very disappointed. I refused a 3rd room

I couldn't turn on my tv with the remote. After I called the front desk they had to come to my room at 4 AM to turn on my tv but also select something I didn't understand for it to come on. I had a good stay beside that.

The tv didnt work. Told the desk. Nothing was ever done. Bed was covered in pubic hairco

I arrived to find my room unclean. Dust was everywhere, and I discovered old white socks and food stains left behind by previous clients. On the first day, I instructed the cleaning service to return and clean my room, but they never did. I reported the issue to the help desk, but unfortunately, I didn't get any help. On the second day, another lady cleaned half of my room because my kids left some clothes on another bed, and she promised to return, but she never did. What I did like was the front desk service, parking, and breakfast.

My son found a dildo on the floor he is o ly 2 years old and he found a tourch loghter just very upset that my 2 year old had to find those things the room had cheesets behind the tv stand

Hotel was really run down. Condition and cleanliness of room was poor shape.
