Pool and water slide closed during peak summer vacation time. Not advertised as such

Godt ophold. Fint spa område. God placering i byen og ved fort. Rart med lade stander på den gratis parkering. Evt kunne opgradrring være køleskab på værelse.

ASA spa once again delivered for me, Pool finished, spa easy and accessible, staff friendly , food choices were well planned. Great escape .

Stort komplex men funktionellt och bra läge med närhet till sevärdheter och stadens centrum samtidigt som havet ligger strax intill. Stor rymlig parkeringsplats

The room was clean and modern, except no air con, kettle or fridge. It did have a TV though and the door opened all the way to let some fresh air in but as I was on the ground floor I couldn't leave it open while I was out of the room. Like most sliding doors in Estonia though it can be left so it's only open at the top. Breakfast was great although not much was topped up in three last hour. Coffee machines had medium or dark roast options and are in the room next to the rest of breakfast Spa was empty between 10-12am but busy in the evenings

Conned by them , no swimming pool open , not advertised on booking page , yet charged full money for this service . No ventilation or air conditioning in rooms along with no mosquito nets as the place is infested in summer months , we had to try to sleep with windows closed and bedroom door to corridor open , it was a torture chamber for 3 nights . The Breakfast was the left over from previous days evening dinner , vegetables and potaoes only fresh food was scrambled egg the rest wast reheated crap . Do not stay at this house of horrors and do not book through hotels.com or expedia its a scam . this stay ruined mine and my wifes holiday effing torture chamber . colin bowen

Spa-osastolla ei ollut allasosastoa käytössä remontin vuoksi. Sen sijaan uusittu saunaosasto oli miellyttävä kokemus, sillä erilaisia saunavaihtoehtoja oli runsas määrä.

Skikkelig skuffet, spahotell under renovering! Kun sauna som var åpen, med 30 varmegrader var ikke det aktuelt! Heller ingen hage til å sole seg i. Info på nett var misvisende!

Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Erittäin ystävällinen ja palveleva henkilökunta. Monipuolinen ja hyvä aamupala. Uusi saunaosasto oli monine saunoineen mukava. Vesipuiston puoli oli remontissa, joten siitä ei tullut kokemuksia. Hyvät perus huoneet ja sängyt. Positiivinen yllätys!

Fint rum. Receptionen hade mycket dåliga rutiner. Receptionen ville ha betalt en gång till vid utcheckningen, då de inte hade registerat betalningen. Bäddningen var undermålig. Inte hotellbäddning.
