Parking very easy awesome. Breakfast perfect and cheap if you have to pay but mine was included. Beach 10 min walk but dont go to university area on GPS as get lost..staff should explain exact directions and tell you train is free to other places without asking. There is a shuttle too. Overall great nearly 5 star but staff should know and explain great places and direct carefully and not after the fact. Other strange things are no ice machi es, no dressers in rooms and soaps that smell very bad. This is why 3-4 star but close to 5 if.mamanagement is not stubborn to make changes which i detected. Dafür, dass es sich um ein top vier Sterne Hotel handelt, war der Frühstück mittelmässig auf dem Niveau eines zwei, höchstens drei Sterne Hotels. Personal war sehr freundlich und weil das Hotel ziemlich leer war, haben wir einen Upgrade bekommen, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Bett war sehr bequem.

De locatie is zeer rustig en met gratis parkeren is zeer gunstig in de stad waar nergens is kosteloos te parkeren!

Tout était parfait

This stay was frustrating and fell well below expectations. Before arrival, there was a serious issue with our prepaid booking not being properly recognized, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty at the outset of the visit. Once on site, the overall level of organization and service was poor. Breakfast service on several mornings was uncomfortable, and service interactions lacked professionalism. Additionally, confusion during a dinner order further reflected a lack of attention to detail. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and disappointing. The standard of service was noticeably lower than expected and did not align with what we had previously experienced at this property.

Struttura molto accogliente e con tutti i servizi utili molto comodi: parking con spazi larghi, camera spaziosa, pulita, moderna e funzionale, accettazione animali, posizione ideale e strategica sia che ci si muova in auto o con i mezzi, personale molto accogliente, professionale e disponibile, palestra, colazione, ristoro.

Ottimo hotel, condizioni perfette

Le check-in à la réception a été une mauvaise expérience. La personne présente n’était pas aimable et nous parlait d’une manière condescendante, comme si nous ne comprenions rien. C’était assez désagréable et surprenant pour un hôtel. Sinon l’hôtel est correct : la chambre était propre et l’ensemble est acceptable. En revanche, il y a beaucoup trop de parfums et d’odeurs artificielles dans l’hôtel. L’odeur dans les couloirs est très forte et devient vite désagréable. Un parfum plus discret serait nettement préférable

Camere stupende, parcheggio comodo, ottimo per coppie e famiglie.

Posizione comoda,stanza bellissima e spaziosa ma all'arrivo la receptionist si è evidentemente sfastidiata perché non parlavamo correttamente l'inglese e la camera era freddissima e siccome era molto grande ha impiegato quasi tutta la notte per riscaldarsi,, avrei voluto fare un bagno ma l'ambiente era ghiacciato. Il personale a colazione e al check out, invece , è stato molto cordiale.
