Don't let the modest exterior and entrance fool you. This is a great boutique hotel, with a friendly staff, modern, comfortable, incredibly quiet, immaculate rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Located blocks away from shopping, dining and sightseeing. Will definitely put this on the list for future stays in Helsinki.

Super Boutique Hotel. Sauber, trendy, nette grosse Zimmer, klasse Betten, tolles Frühstück. Bin begeistert Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein für alle Gäste, ich war 4 Tage dort und mehr als einmal fand ich keinen Tisch.

I wanna say the cleaner is really professional, I stayed there 3 nights and I left my room very late but the cleaner came and did amazing job , also everyone is friendly there , 100 recommend!

we had the spacious and very beautiful lux room, which has a kitchenette, a dining table and chairs, and upholstered seating like a living room. AND the most comfortable bed ~ everything was perfect. the front desk staff is outstanding ~ they were so generous and accommodating with information and anything else we needed. breakfast staff is really welcoming and friendly; it was a pleasure to see their smiling faces each morning. i checked out over 50 properties online; choosing which one was difficult among so many excellent options, but i am delighted we ended up at hotel fabian for our 10-day stay in helsinki.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Complimentary continental breakfast. No sauna which I was surprised about seeing how there is one in nearly every house in Finland. 5min walk to the esplanade and waterfront and closest tram stop. Would stay here again. Only issue, I couldn’t pair the TV with my phone to access my own Netflix.

There were many niggles with the bedroom that should not have been there. Some were immediately cleared others required work around as maintenance was not available during the 3 nights of our stay. It is a boutique hotel with no kitchen to speak of. Breakfast is plentiful,hot food is limited to what can be prepared before you. e.g. croissants, crepes and pains au chocolat from frozen put into the oven alongside the buffet You are required to reserve a 45 minute slot for your party to have breakfast from the buffet.

Hotel Fabian is less than 10 minutes walk to the Helsinki Esplanade and downtown. A safe and quiet neighbourhood. Room is good size, clean and the bathroom is big and clean. Bed is comfortably and linens clean and fresh. Overall an excellent choice

Es war alles für einen Stadturlaub in Helsinki bestens. Besonders möchten wir den Herrn beim Frühstück erwähnen, der alles immer emsig und liebevoll herrichtete und arrangierte.

Great location. Walking distance to waterfront, restaurants and shopping district. Comfy beds and room. Would definitely stay again
