Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Very convenient for touring Normandy. Need to replace some of the beds.

Bonjour il manque un peu de lumière

While the room itself was pretty nice, the decoration with a lot of taste...., I must say that this hotel falls short of a five-star experience; I would rate it as a three-star establishment, at most. For example, Although they advertise 24-hour room service, it is nonexistent. The shower was leaking so significantly that I almost had to turn it off, and the room cleaning was average. The most disappointing aspect was the self-service breakfast—the food was utterly tasteless and unappetizing. Based on my experience, I will not be booking this hotel again.

Bon accueil mais la personne ne parlait pas bien français. Peu de monde, confortable, agréable. Hammam en panne non précisé à la réservation.

Bel hôtel pour un prix raisonnable

Das Restaurant war bei der Ankunft geschlossen, es gab nur Getränke. Das „Nicht Stören“ Schild wird auf mehrere Arten ignoriert: Tag 1: trotz des Schildes wird angerufen, ob man Service benötigt. Ist ja nett gemeint, aber wenn ich von einem Nachtdienst komme nicht zielführend. Tag 2: ich war nicht im Zimmer, trotzdem wurde es gemacht trotz „Nicht Stören“ Schild Whirlpool / Spa ist nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich (18€ für 1 Stunde) Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig.

The property is located about a 25 minute walk away from Caen city centre. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe with lots of delicious patisseries very close by ( highly recommend trying). The room has everything you need, is very comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The hotel has an area for workouts, with 3 pieces of aerobic equipment. This room is not like a normal gym, it is carpeted with chairs and tables in ( presumably for those waiting to use the spa?) with no ac ( that I found). But can easily do a workout in there. The hotel has private parking. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which has everything youd expect from a continental breakfast. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

C’est bien, les chambres sont en angles, il faut faire attention. Le quartier est tranquille, mais loin du centre-ville et des restos.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Incredible customer service, excellent breakfast, spectacular rooms.

The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were attentive, courteous and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and large. The dinner we had in the restaurant was excellent.
