Amazing property- fabulous beach steps away and great for kids

Had a great visit this half term. The room was great, very comfortable, lovely beach attached to the hotel. Front of house staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for you. Food was great, although the layout of the buffet with a few tweaks could just work so much better. Definitely would be happy to return

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, einzige Mankos : Die Musik am Abend war sehr laut und auch lange bis mindestens 23 Uhr . Keine Trockenmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse . Klotür war eine Glastür nicht abzuschließen.

Auswahl am Frühstück/Abendessen war gut, qualitativ auch sehr gut. A la carte Restaurants fanden wir top (ausser das BBQ. Das fanden wir eher mässig und den Aufpreis von EUR 15 nicht wert). Das Hotel ist teils schon etwas älter, zb die Rutsche am Kinderpool. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind (ausser jene an der Reception) alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und dies kurz vor Saisonende. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Balkon wurde aber nicht täglich gereinigt, was wir etwas schade fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Buffetrestaurant ist viel zu klein konzipiert für die Anzahl Gäste. Teils mussten wir warten bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Am Buffet selber ein riesen Gewusel. Zudem Brot in der einen, Konfitüre in der anderen Ecke. Ebenso mit Müsli & Joghurt. Milch ist beim Müsli, die Gläser aber wieder in einer anderen Ecke. Das trägt noch mehr zum Gewusel bei. Massage war Top! Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Alles in Allem, toller Aufenthalt!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and to my delight, I had a pool right in front of my room, which made the experience even more special. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which truly made me feel pampered. The services were impeccable, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. I felt at home, but with an extra touch of elegance and hospitality. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

Stayed here for a wedding for 4 nights as part of a large group. Had a great experience, rooms were comfy, clean and generous and the pool area was very good but very busy. Staff were friendly and the buffets were all that you could want for a family. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra one night and going to the upstairs Asian restaurant. Found the all inclusive drinks package at the bar pretty poor as spirits/mixers etc were all lesser quality substitutes for the well known brands. If you care about the quality you will probably end up paying for drinks. Had a massage at the spa and it was very good. Not overly keen on all of the activities and shouting/promotion by the pool but it is a family hotel and is to be expected.

Positive: food was good and variety was enough, beach was very nice, great snorkeling points and the beach bar was cool and easy to reach. Overall hotel was good looking and area was ok, just a bit outdated Negative: economy rooms shouldn’t be offered 4 star rooms, dirty, dirty water comes up the drain, locks and safe didn’t work, smelly, must cross a street without mentioning anything at the description,

Struttura fantastica con servizi al top. Senza auto a noleggio è veramente difficile girare l'isola, dato che l'hotel si trova un po' lontano dalle principali attrazioni.

Hôtel très bien localisé, face mer, avec piscine, beau décor en photo, belles terrasses pour se restaurer et prendre un verre. All inclusive bon, on peut manger et boire toute la journée. Mais, il y a trop e monde en août, la piscine principale est bondée et la musique hurle toute la journée. L'autre piscine est envahie par les enfants, aucun coin pour les adultes ou alors la plage. Comme c'est un hôtel rempli d'enfants, il y a tout le temps des trucs, de la nourriture par terre, même en nettoyant , ça revient tout de suite. L'animation est faite pour les italiens, mis à part le spectacle du soir, aucune animation, pas de danse, c'est triste. Donc si vous voulez un hotzl club enfants, c'est parfait.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches durch Anpassung von ein paar Punkten deutlich besser wäre. Die Handtuchreservierungen sind leider außer Kontrolle und nach dem Frühstück um 8 Uhr (!) muss man Glück haben noch 4 liegen nebeneinander zu finden. Der angebliche Mitarbeiter, welcher die Handtücher einsammeln sollte, ist sogar so „nett“, dass er die Handtücher hochhebt und weiche Unterlagen darunterlegt und das Handtuch wieder richtet. WC Anlagen müssten öfter gereinigt werden, weil die Gäste teilweise wirklich keine Rücksicht auf die Sauberkeit nehmen. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist wirklich super und es findet jeder etwas. Auch die Qualität ist sehr gut! Der Strand ist ein Highlight! Mitarbeiter sind fast alle wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Ausnahmen gibt es leider immer. Kompliment an unsere Kellner im Hauptrestaurant Vagellis!

A very mixed bag! The good: the children’s entertainment in the evenings was great with a mini-disco, mini-games and then the show. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the pools were great with three water slides, a toddler pool and two good size pools. The beach was also lovely - it is pebbly but that didn’t bother us as the water was so clear and the beach was very clean. The chef in the main restaurant was very helpful with allergens. The not so good: the rooms in the main part of the hotel are no-frills. The curtains were very worn and didn’t fully cover the terrace doors so we were woken up with the sun streaming in by 5am most days. There was nowhere to hang wet swimwear on the terrace. The hotel provides soft drinks and bottled water in the mini fridge but it’s only restocked every two days - we ran out of water most days, which meant we had to buy bottles of water. I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t have water fountains where you can refill. The food in the buffet was very hit and miss - the pizza is amazing but most other food isn’t great. It would have been lovely to have much more Greek food and fresh fish. The alcoholic drinks are very poor quality and watered down, and the water in the restaurant is awful, taste likes chemicals. The bad: the food provision for late arrivals! The hotel has the restaurant open 10-12pm for late arrivals but the food is basically lukewarm leftovers from dinner and was inedible. Not a good first impression!

Très bel hôtel tout confort. Personnel serviable. Belle plage de petits galets. Equipe d'animation top avec de magnifiques spectacles. Equipe du Spa top. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas des douches à la place des baignoires.

It’s a fantastic hotel, we had a swim up room which I would highly recommend. Lots of excellent places to eat and drink (although don’t bother to pay for the beach bar bbq). Lovely clean, spacious room with really good air con.

Relaxing and nice, clean Food and service are top. Beach is a stone beach and not sand, but otherwise very nice.

Great Holiday - room with pool access was added bonus

Very family and children friendly hotel with good and friendly staff. Food was excellent but it was very difficult to get reservations for restaurants. Great beach, snacks, drinks and good buffet.
