Une expérience incroyable,hôtel digne d un 5 étoiles plus,agréable,repos garanti personnel à la hauteur d un service luxe,direction aux petits soins,salutation à Anas adjoint directeur,si vous souhaitez un repos bien mérité après une dure période de travail s est l hôtel qu ils vous faut.Chambre exceptionnelle d une décoration à couper le souffle,piscine propre transats confortables,le matin chants des oiseaux et promenade autour de l hôtel en sortant de chambre très agréable,design exceptionnel raffiné avec beaucoup de goût,restaurant délicieux copieux et goûteux ,SPA magnifique une expérience unique abordable.Je recommande à cent pour cent 😎.

Personnel incroyable, la cuisine est excellente, l’hôtel compte 40 chambres mais on a l’impression d’être seul malgré le fait qu’il soit complet. Merci encore !

Hotel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung! Kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Frühstück mittelmässig, Bedienung schlecht, muss immer wieder selbst angesprochen werden. Keine aktive Bestellaufnahme, Tische werden nicht aufgedeckt und abgeräumt, Sessel und Tische nicht gereinigt. Büffet immer erst nach nachfrage aufgefüllt, zb. Gläser, ect.....

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!

The big heated swimming pool was perfect.

L’hôtel est super, le personnel est incroyable. La chambre était propre et très joliment décorée. Le service impeccable. Un grand merci à Karima et Nawal pour les prestations au spa. L’hôtel met à disposition des navettes gratuites pour se déplacer au centre Marrakech. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

Our stay at Sirayane Hotel in Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is a stunning retreat, offering a perfect balance of Moroccan charm and modern luxury. The beautifully designed rooms, serene pool area, and lush gardens created an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The spa was a highlight, providing indulgent treatments in an elegant and peaceful setting, while the on-site restaurant served delicious cuisine that exceeded our expectations (with a slightly steep price point). The staff at Sirayane Hotel went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Their attentiveness and friendly nature made us feel truly valued as guests. There was a mix-up regarding the payment for the spa, but Aimed resolved the issue swiftly and with great professionalism. We also experienced a wait for our meal one evening, for which I have offered feedback. These were small moments in an otherwise excellent stay, and we left with nothing but fond memories. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape in Marrakech, Sirayane Hotel is an outstanding choice.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits avec nos deux enfants sur place : chambre magnifique joliment décorée - un bon service et un petit déjeuner savoureux : le personnel était au petit soin : nous avons également testé le spa : rien à dire . Seul bémol : beaucoup de travaux autour et parfois le matin on entend le bruit des travaux dès 8h du matin

We recently stayed at Sirayane to celebrate a birthday and anniversary, and it was exceptional. Located just outside the city, Sirayane offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to Marrakesh’s vibrant medina. The hotel provides reliable transport, making exploration seamless. It’s the perfect balance of quiet luxury and accessibility. The hotel is immaculate. Every corner, from the rooms to the shared spaces, is spotless. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, offering a true sense of relaxation. The on-site spa was a highlight. We experienced a traditional hammam followed by a relaxing massage, and both were exceptional. The spa’s serene atmosphere and skilled staff made it a truly rejuvenating experience. The staff’s service and warmth made our stay extra special. Friendly, professional, and attentive, they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. From arranging transport to helping us celebrate, their hospitality was outstanding. The dining experience was fantastic. Meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes. Dining by the pool or in the elegant restaurant setting added to the charm. The hotel organised excursions seamlessly, including trips to the Atlas Mountains and quad biking in the Sahara desert. Everything was well-planned, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without hassle. Our stay at Sirayane was perfect. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful tranquil luxury hotel. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Nice choice of pools. Good food. Free shuttle service very helpful although more time slots would be good. Lovely stay away from hustle and bustle of the City but with free access to the City via the shuttle which we used almost daily. Comfortable spacious room with balcony/terrace.

This is the worst hotel in the world. I never stayed there and I was charged $1,400 for it. I will take legal actions against this theft.
