Convenient to my requirements

The room, bathroom, even the ceilings dated with artex. Four star? Not even a fridge in room. People smoking cannabis in rooms, smell everywhere. I deserve my money back. I wouldnt recommend going there!

Great little hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. However very disappointed that the restaurant was closed and they didn’t have any baileys at the bar.

Th clearness is average, services are average. But a very convenient location.

Ok hotel

The hotel was very well placed for the Alhambra and Bradford live venues would definitely stay again if going to see a show .Hotel very good but breakfast was a bit chaotic and waiting for food to be brought out,however the food was very nice .

Nothing was a problem

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years and have never been dissapointed. However, on this occassion I was extremely dissapointed with this visit. The facilties need a massive improvement. The bathtub has not been cleaned properly, hairs were not cleaned out and tissues were clogging the drain hole. The sink water took a very long time to drain. The AC was not working properly and the fans were blowing intermittently. One of the beds had a completely broken well and was sitting completely on the floor. The pillows were not fantastic and were too stiff. Hotel needs to do a lot to get it up to a good standard, especially for a city centre based hotel.

I booked because it said this was an 8.6 stars or something and it was terrible. The carpets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting. It had dust and cobwebs on the toilet paper holder, dust and mold on the base boards and the tile on the floor was splotchy that made it look dirty and that bleach has been spilled on it. The only way it receive this rating was if they paid guests for a 5 star review. It was so gross that I refused to touch the ground without socks on.

Lovely hotel good location and good price

Good value. Air con a great addition but not very powerful. But does enough of a job in the hot heat Bed was quite comfortable, unusual for a hotel. Room plain but perfectly fine. Enough of what you need. Would stay again.

Nice property and good value but parking is an issue as NCP parking coming in and out during the day can add up.

There wasntbthe comfort feel.off the hotel room,smell on bedsheets,smoke smell,not even a shower cap,out dated TV and breakfast cheap food and juices wasnt impressed for a Lenardo Hotel. Sint think i be staying here again this was the 2nd time and wasnt up to std and comfirt feel to it.
