Noisy, old furniture, had a wedding going on at the same time and was very loud until past midnight. No enough plugs in the room so asked for an extension. The beach wasn’t accessible due to long standing renovation.

حجزت عدة ودفعتها سابقا وحصل لي ظرف وخرجت بعد نصف عدد ايام الحجز وكلمت الأخ مشرف الاستقبال (من الجنسية المصرية) وقال لي أنت حجزك غير قابل للاسترجاع وبعدما تناقشنا قال سأوقف العملية لحين تواصلك مع هوتلز وتواصلت مع هوتلز وأخبروني هوتلز أن مشرف الاستقبال رفض! نصيحه لا تحجزو دفع مسبق فلا هوتلز ولا الفندق سيعيد لكم قيمة الليالي المتبقية

I liked the quiet and the cleanliness. I was visiting from Canada and the staff was very helpful (mainly Jessie and Imad). The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus and room service was great! Breakfast buffet was very filing and the staff were nice.

غرفتنا كان بها باب بين غرفتين مما سمح بعض الاحيان بوصول صوت الغرفه المجاوره لنا. مطلوب بزيادة عدد موظفي الاستقبال . وكذلك الاهتمام لبوفيه الاستقبال و متابعة الناقص من الاطباق.

Was big room at the hotel and much space to move in

I was pleasantly surprised - the staff was attentive, polite and accommodating - the lobby is beautiful - the room was large, very clean and modern thought not top shelf it was excellent overall. I stayed in the adjoining building where the hallways were a bit worn but not an issue. The morning buffet was 5-star quality and was available from 6am-11:30am which provides a great deal of flexibility. The hotel picked me up the morning of my arrival and dropped me at the airport upon departure - a fantastic complimentary service. The only issue is the construction behind the hotel is somewhat unsightly but realistically there was no noise or practical problems at all. Overall the Safir Fintas Kuwait is an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Staff were helpful especially at the checking in process. Facilities and room lighting need some improvement.

Nice and quiet stay. I recommend the hotel to spend weekend.
