Allocated me a dirty room (like literally not cleaned with towels on floor etc). Next room had aircon but it didn’t works they said they would fix but never did. Service at breakfast was terrible one day (fine the other).

Arriving at an Hotel and having no ability to drop bags at reception is odd, at best. Having to acquire a porter cradle/trolly, to go back to the cars and load them up and take the bags to our rooms is frankly, unacceptable. What the physically impaired do to arrive at this hotel in one piece is beyond me. AND what happens in poor or wet weather? Other than that, our stay was really good thank you. Thank you also for the many EV charger points. The supplier is OK helping download the app. 3 of us - not the same party - were struggling at the same time. but it got done, even if very expensive. If I owned Warner Hotels, I would install charger facility from my own 3 phase systems and change much less, whilst still making a healthy profit. Is there a reason not to do this? Finally, when my friend and I looked at our two room accounts, we noted that we had not been charged for any dinners. We informed reception and paid the missing £240. Had we walked away, you would have never known. You should look at your software systems with urgency. All in all we had a good time and we used many facilities, save fine dining, which we will try next time. BUT we are honest people that look to have fun, not look to complain. We had a excellent time Big Thank you

I was a little disappointed overall with the stay, I booked a deluxe King size room for our special 35th wedding anniversary, when we arrived it was made up as 2 single beds, I went down to speak to reception who said they could change this, and then my husband had ordered a bottle of fizz to be in the room on arrival which was not there, he spoke to reception who said they would get one up there. Later that day My Daughter rang to say she had asked for one to be in the room with a card, no sign of it, so went back to reception as beds still single, husbands bottle still not there. Duty Manager spoke to me, said she would sport beds, and put Husbands bottle on the dinner table, and chase the other one and let me know. Had to ask for bottle in restaurant but it did come, beds when we went to bed just pushed together but still single, no call about other bottle. Went AGAIN to reception the next morning to be told they had found the bottle and card and would put in room, which they did later, spoke about the beds and said they were not good enough as moved apart, they said they would sort with housekeeping - never happened!!! The hotel itself was nice, the restaurants were good and food very good, but felt a bit let down on what should have been a special occasion by lack of people following through with what they said they would do and if my daughter hadn't asked if we had received their bottle it probably would not have turned up!! I should not have had to chase so many times

We had a great stay here fabulous hotel but the food was not up to the standard of hotel pretty basic really if I’m honest. Brealoat both restaurants were ok nothing special and evening meal on both night just fine nothing special

Room was lovely, shame the view from the window was a roof. Food good but expensive. Entertainment excellent. There were a lot of over 70 year olds there, so I dont think im ready for that yet.

Very nice hotel, very popular with the older generation. At 55 we were the youngest staying it appeared. Nice grounds and food and drink not too overpriced. Only let down was the bed size and AC fault, it may have been a queen size bed but certainly as small to us. The AC was working then around 1am stopped working and the heat built up, showing P14 error. We were too tired to contact reception and ask to move room. Certainly expect better for the £250pn paid.

Poor experience unfortunately. We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. They eventually resolved the issue and we managed to sleep, despite the very hard bed In the morning, the kettle was not working so we couldn't make coffee. We went to breakfast, where we were sent in to find a seat by a rather rude man at the 'welcome' desk. At our seat, we were then told by a waiter that if we wanted a cappuccino, we would have to wait about 15 minutes as he would have to go to the bar and we would be charged extra. So we settled for a filter coffee which he could serve straight away. He then proceeded to tell us that they were short staffed as some staff had not shown up for work. Not our problem and we don't need to know. The hotel is tatty and too big. My wife is registered disabled and has mobility issues. But I could not drive the car to the reception, resulting in a fairly long, uphill walk to the hotel from the car park. I would not stay here again and I would hesitate to book another Warner hotel.

As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere. Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.

The hotel is amazing with plenty of activities to do. Even though the photos show younger people and the majority are over 50s even the entertainment is targeted to this group. The breakfast and the food is amazing and the grounds is breathtaking.

Think we were about 50years too young for this resort. As it was like a pensioners retreat. Breakfast was ok one morning. Better next. Not much breakfast options on menu. Booking your slot for breakfast and dinner in advance not always possible practical when sightseeing. . Breakfast is included. But you cannot go when you want for breakfast. You have pre book you table in advance. If you remember to leave enough time to do the walk. The maze like corridors and lift situation. No mattter were you go that smell. Never does. Once you have smelt it. You cannot un smell it. You only option us to run to nearest window which is closed or door which is button assist. Slow motion to allow mobility scooters to pass. We did have a good game of croquet on lawn. Room was dirty. And window look out onto concrete 70s jungle. The grounds were lovely we did see deer , phesant, squirells etc.

Lovely place to stay, food was pretty good but wow it was so quiet! Loved it

Not many Diisabled spaces available in North wing over populated with electric charging points. Need an auto button on doors at north wing entrance for wheelchair users. Also hinges on room doors should allow slow movement for wheelchair access. Was not impressed with cheese omelette in the market restaurant staff did not ask if everything was ok with food served. Food was good in Duke restaurant and very helpful.

A nice place to stay if you’re over 50

Room and the rest of the property were excellent. Food very good. It’s a difficult place to find one’s way around at first. No porters and a long way from car park to reception. Staff mostly very pleasant.

We like it here as it's so comfortable, clean and high quality. Service wasn't great though
