The hotel is located close to historic portion of the city and major shopping areas. However, the area itself is very quiet, not a lot of happeninng around. The heart of the city is located across the river in the hipster area that also has more authentic restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean, but bathroom is small comparing to the size of the room. Waiting staff at the brekfast restaurant is not helpful, most of them will not stop by to assist you. Finally, beware of the so called "coupons" that you are given if you skip the room cleaning during your stay. They entitle you to bare minimum.

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Man hört die Kirchenglocken, dass war uns vorher klar und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Speise-und Getränkeauswahl war toll und sehr lecker. Besonderen Dank an den sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Barkeeper!

Wonderful hotel in an amazing city!! Food from room service and the morning breakfast were outstanding!! All staff members were helpful and pleasant! Will be using this hotel chain with confidence!

Très grande chambre/studio sur altmarkt. Calme et accessible

Great location and spacious rooms. Need a view room to get the Altmarkt view.

Very confortable room. Quite large compared to other hotels. There was a tub in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Next to Altmarkt, which is totally uninteresting (unless you’re into Starbucks or McDonald), but 3 minutes walk to Neumarkt, which is the heart of the old town. Walking distance to the train station. Overall a very good experience.

Mooi, schoon hotel, centraal gelegen. ideaal parkeren in de garage met rechtstreekse toegang tot het hotel vriendelijk en deskundig personeel uitgebreid ontbijt hier komen we nog een keer terug

Gunstig gelegen vlakbij talloze restaurants. Geweldige superior room en prima ontbijt.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es cómodo El único inconveniente es que la regadera está en la tina y es angosta. Sería mucho mejor si no tuviera tina, sobre todo si eres un viajero de la tercera edad
