Glad we were in the building where the elevator worked

We found old food under the bed in our room, only on the last day when checking out and looking for clothing under the bed. It led off a smell the whole time which we couldn’t figure out where it was coming.

Dated property. Looks nice from exterior but rooms showing their age. Elevator didn’t work during entire visit. Can’t beat proximity to gondola though.

Glacier Lodge is very Well Kept and service is great. Do not go to Palliser lodge next door… its smelly dirty.

The room was spotless, kitchen very well equipped, we asked for ground floor and were very pleased with location. Great amenities and overall quality of bed

Very good room old deco. But close to the lifts . Spa , ski lockers .

Location cannot be beat!!

Room was decent, but there was lots of signs of deferred maintenance in the bldg. Elevator was broken when we were there and I see its still broken two months later!!!

The room was ok but the mattress was literally like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. I have slept in hundreds of hotel rooms and I have never had a mattress even close to being that hard. What happens is if you can’t sleep at night and you have rented that room for 6 nights, you can’t be at your best the next day. Also, I was never told that my room would only be cleaned every 4 days or once over the 6 night stay. Maybe it was buried in the details somewhere but I wasn’t told to me upfront. I would not recommend this room unless you like sleeping on the floor because that is how hard the mattress was.

Great Ski in ski out location. Convenient garage parking for a fee. Other amenities average or not applicable.

Elevator broken upon arrival, but apparently it has been for months. Staff unhelpful for any request - their answer is always “no” or an excuse. Rooms are dark and not cozy, not comfortable, not convenient. The location of the hotel is the only positive. Don’t get fooled by misleading photos on here. This place is not nice.

Room was nice and great view. The elevators were out the whole stay and we were on the 4th floor opposite the stairs. With ski gear and luggage it made for a pretty inconvenient access. Everything else was excellent.
