We enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very large with a pull out couch in them. The bed was comfortable, the pillows slightly too soft. The bathroom was well laid out and had the needed amenities. Breakfast was a typical continental spread. Parking was in a garage next door and very easy. There were several restaurants in walking distance.

Very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a great hotel. Easy to check in and it was a great room. Very easy going and pleasant. Parking is easy and plentiful.

Bathroom door broken, bathroom door filthy, breakfast shut down at 9:30 I was told by front desk twice it was from 7 to 10.

The area was very nice. Couldn't get food from the restaurant ,nobody to cook at 9:00 PM. No newspaper as stated as free. You don't keep your promises, why pay for them

Warm, friendly and comfortable!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast was served which extremely convenient for individuals who are in a hurry. Facilities were clean. I would stay there again if ever in Columbus, Ohio.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy parking and the man at the front desk who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the OSU Hyatt for the CountryFest. It was a great location with complimentary shuttle for the event. Initially we were told they only drop off but our driver offered pickup if we were able to arrive at the drop off by a specific time. We missed that window by 25 mins and he still agreed to pick us up. Beds were comfortable but queens. We are used to a king so we had some challenges, but overall, great hotel. We would stay again.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint was that housekeeping was knocking on our door at 7:30 am and check out wasn’t until 12:00 noon

Great hotel and area.

The beds were very comfortable. We loved the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in the showers because it was very convenient! The food was good, however, we would have appreciated some more yogurt flavor options for kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
