Very nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff from check-in to leaving. Good location for most wants in benidorm. Clean, well looked after.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but plenty of options

Rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect location close to strip but quiet enough for decent sleep. Food wasn’t the best but hotel comfort made up for this. Travelled end of august was difficult to get a sunlounger. Preciously stayed before and didn’t have this problem. Also seating area around pool is like a jigsaw puzzle. Tables are jam packed together and I’m possible to get in and out of a seat/table, pool doesn’t seem big enough for the size of hotel. Will stay again due to convenience of location and comfortable rooms

Städning var väldig dålig trots att vi klagade till receptionen. Vi har faktiskt aldrig varit med om så smutsiga rum vid incheckning. Maten var mycket dålig och personalen var otrevlig. Synd att lägga pengar på detta hotell.

We stayed 3 nights on a b&b basis! The room was great, we had the biggest balcony I’ve ever had and great views the bed was really comfy and a great size! Breakfast had everything you’d expect and was nice!

The floor at the side of the pool was full of cigarettes and tissues for days. It was absolutely disgusting.

Lovely and clean room and beds were very comfortable. The only slight problem we had was the shower had a slight leak which was probably just a seal around the door, but that aside the shower had the best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel. Brilliant for getting sun cream off. Food was good and varied and staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again. ☺️

room was not cleaned bed sheet just thrown over bed floor dirty in bathroom put card on door no point cleaned room myself just got clean towels when need food was good but grandson lived off chips ? staff some very polite however found some of pool bar and lounge staff rude ?

The hotel is clean and tidy but unfortunately the food at breakfast and evening was not of quality. We stopped going because even though we'd paid for half board we weren't happy with the choices and quality. They really need to up their game on this.

Really enjoyed our trip. Perfect location, really nice food and will definitely stay here again.

Pääosin uusittu hotelli hyvällä paikalla.Iso allas käytössä myös talvellakin,mutta liukumäellinen allas vain kesäkaudella.Hotelilla paljon ohjelmaa myös talvella.Monet hotellin asukkaista all inclusive-vieraita. Huoneen siisteyden suhteen toivomisen varaa.Kuuteen päivään ei vaihdettu lakanoita kertaakaan.Vessanpönttö reistaili jatkuvasti ja korjaajaa odotettiin useita tunteja.Välillä korjauspyynnöt eivät ollut ohjautuneet respasta eteenpäin ollenkaan. Suurin osa hisseistä vanhoja ja jäivät toisinaan jumiin kerrosten väliin. Huoneet rauhallisia varsinkin ylemmissä kerroksissa.Televisiossa paljon kanavia ja omat suoratoistopalvelut sai kytkettyä.WiFi toimi erinomaisesti.Ylemmistä kerroksista upeat maisemat parvekkeelta! Ravintolassa paljon valinnanvaraa ruokien suhteen,mutta kasvissyöjille vähemmän vaihtoehtoja.Monia espanjalaisten ja brittien lempiruokia tarjolla. Eri maiden teemaillat mukava yllätys,vaikka välttämättä kovasti ei kyseisen maan ruokia kuitenkaan tarjolla ollut.Jälkiruokavalikoima loistava ja hedelmät tuoreita!Ravintolan henkilökunta ystävällinen! Sisäuima-allas maksullinen ja melko pieni.Altaalla käytettävä uimahattua,joten jäi kokeilematta. Ranta kävelymatkan päässä ja lähistöllä paljon pieniä supermarketteja sekä erilaisia (etenkin britti)ravintoloita. Lepolomalle ihan ok paikka.

Hotel rooms look pretty newly renovated but there are a few items missing: a toilet brush, hand wash, and a proper quilt. The shower stand's design is problematic, too. Even though the shower cubicle's door is fully closed, water still splashed out making the door wet. It takes too long a time to get a lift going downstairs. The lifts are not functioning well. At times, it's too crowded in the restaurant, too. Rosamar Benidorm hotel should have offered more than one restaurant.
