Staff were not interested or informed. Would carry on talking to staff whilst your waiting, whilst chewing gum and not looking professional.

I liked the location as it provided easy walking access to the old town and good connections for buses and trains to explore other parts of the island. The hotel has an excellent gym and contrary to other reviews, it was available without charge. Staff were friendly and courteous, but at times ineffective. Unfortunately, we encountered a string of problems during our stay. Some of these were addressed, but many were not. Room cleaning was often perfunctory, for example the layer of dust behind the headboard. Safe in room did not work, but they replaced it promptly Sockets near the desk area were unsafe and pulled out of the wall when used. Major safety issue. Reading light by bed broken. It took two days to get fixed Entrance light to room didn’t work, it never got fixed. Fixtures and fittings such as the clothes rack were broken. Breakfast was very limited, and items frequently ran out. Staff were overworked so struggled to replenish eggs, bread etc. Bread was poor quality as was the fresh fruit Breakfast choice is very limited, especially for vegetarians. On our last day we made a formal complaint about the above. We were seen by the bookings manager who promised to raise the matter with the general manager. She said that we would receive compensation, but 7 days after returning no communication from the management. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and my experience of staying there has now damaged my view of other Mercure and All Accor hotels.

Perhaps the oddest hotel is ever stayed in. Tried to use the sauna/gym while staying but no one was there and it felt like I was wandering the back rooms on the underworld. Very little staff and overall the hotel was just strange. Glad we were staying there only one night

Quite good location. Nice to be able to take part in the lessions at the fitness studio, even though i dont't speak italian.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schmutzig und der Kaffe am Frühstücksbuffet ist unzumutbar!

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione buona, con una camminata di 500mt si arriva in centro ed è di fronte alla stazione. L'hotel è a forma di nave, la camera davvero ampia, letto comodo, minibar e cassaforte (anche se all'arrivo la bottiglietta d'acqua non è offerta ma costa 2€). Il bagno è comodo con un discreto set da bagno. L'hotel dispone anche di un parcheggio gratuito. Purtroppo non ho potuto provare la colazione perché sono partito molto presto.

The room wasn’t in the best condition. Mould all over the bathroom ceiling and into the bedroom. The air conditioning was broken. In fairness, manager tried to fix it but it wouldn’t circulate round the room. Distances are accurate to key sites within city.

The hotel has some new suites; and some 80s suites. Unfortunately we didn’t check the photos well enough and ended up in the 80s. An uncomfortable bed, no where to sit except a broken chair, a bathroom with cracked tiles and a tiny square shower. So if you get room 134 ask to move. Don’t even start me with breakfast- everything comes out a packet. Not a fresh fruit juice or a good cup of coffee in sight! We paid €800 for 4 nights which is outrageously over charged for the standard.

Hotel has everything needed for a few days accommodation. Pool area is good, breakfast excellent, rooms were comfy and air conditioning made it cool on very hot days. The area is not great but only five mins walk to old town, shops and restaurants. Staff were efficient and very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a short walk to the center and very close to the train station and many buses stop about 2 blocks away. Room was comfortable and great size. The pool was nice but closes too early because they serve dinner by it. Would stay again

Les chambres sont correct même si l'hôtel est un peu ancien il est propre et confortable. La salle de sport et la piscine extérieur sont très bien. Cependant, nous avons été très déçu par le comportement d'une serveuse durant un dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Cette personne nous a très mal parlé. Et rebelotte au petit déjeuner cette même personne était très désagréable et hautaine. Le reste de l'équipe était plutôt agréable. Le petit déjeuner est assez sommaire.

Slitent hotell som ikke er 4 stjerner lengre. Stort vindu ut mot basseng var knust. Maling rundt bassengkanten farget av og satt seg på huden og ødela badeklær. Visne blomster i blomsterkasser rundt bassenget og stor parasoll som ikke virket, heis i ustand osv. Mye som tyder på dårlig ledelse og oppfølging og oppgradering av hotellet.

O hotel é bem localizado, quartos grandes e chuveiro muito bom! Porém as dependências parecem ser antigas e precisam de uma reforma.

Bon hôtel situé non loin de la ville, assez calme. Accueil et service sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié mais pas à la hauteur d'un 4*... Juste la clim un peu capricieuse.

AC was not working and it was hot and humid. Could not relax. Repeatedly asked but they could not correct it. No kettle in the room No mini bar in the room Bar/cafe bar in the lobby not open Cracked tiles and toilet seat NOT 4-star Do Not Stay Here

Ok hotel med en ok beliggenhed. Det tog 10-15 minutter at gå til centrum af Olbia. Fin lille pool - vi havde ikke problemer med at få en liggestol. Desværre virkede vores aircondition ikke på værelset, så det blev meget, meget varmt. Hotellet var ikke meget hjælpsomme, men vi endte med at få en blæser (efter vi selv bad om den), så det blev en lille smule mere udholdeligt.
