Overall we loved our stay, the staff were friendly, the kids had a blast, and the rooms were spacious. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the cleanliness of the room. When standing in certain parts of the shower the floor felt slimy, and we also found chocolate wrappers and crumbs in the bed. Both EV chargers were not working during our stay, and staff were unable to assist with this. Despite these issues, we still had an enjoyable visit, but hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

The room was spotless clean, the amenities were amazing and had long opening hours. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. They were generous and understanding. And even the other guests were so friendly. It's just a great place for kids and families.

Great place to stay

Very comfortable, clean. The only concern for me was the lack of privacy due to blinds not covering the windows. Really needs heavy curtains at the doors and above the bed. Too light for sleeping well.

Great spot for a family visiting Sovereign Hill to stay. We walked there easily with 2 kids. Great amenities for families.

Good location and enough kitchen items to cook at the cabin. Pretty uncomfortable bed, and inconsistent heater made it slightly less comfortable than ideal. Unsure if we would stay again.

Had a compressor running on and off during the night and the tree at the side of the unit constantly banging against the unit.Got limited sleep told staff about the compressor running on and of during the night they weren't interested. No opportunity to watch sport on Saturday no foxtell or Kayo. Wont be coming back

No water pressure for a shower, leaking kitchen taps.
