We stay in hotels in Liverpool 3 or 4 times a year and The Resident has become our firm favourite. The rooms are spotless and so comfortable and practical. It's in a great location for both bars, restaurants and shops. But the best part of our stay every time is the staff. They go above and beyond and make our stays extra special.

Room clean, facilities good and bed comfy. Didn’t hear a peep all night despite being right by the lifts! Friendly staff on reception too.
