Lovely place

My third time visiting Liverpool and third timing staying at The Resident. Great location and the nicest staff. Rooms are good size, comfortable and the price is right.

Nice hipster hotel but very noisy at night because room was above an all night bar pumping out loud bass. If you want to party then it’s a great district and it would be a good choice. If you want to sleep between 11pm and 4am it is not.

I will definitely return but ask for a bigger room and beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful 24/7. I had no complaints and stayed and extra night too! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and daily housekeeping etc. Excellent location for a city centre stay. Concert Square is beside the hotel which might not appeal to everybody.

Great location, tons of restaurant and coffee shops choices, friendly staff, and clean facilities. Highly recommended.

Great service. Maria and the front desk team are amazing and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service. Rooms are sound proof.

Comfortable bed, excellent shower, coffee and tea, happy hour wine was a nice bonus. So close to things to do!

Perfect place if you're staying over for a night out. Was very surprised at how quiet the Hotel interior was - great soundproofing!

Super friendly staff, a clean room and a great location. All you need really.

Had a great stay.

Excellent stay. Room was great but photos does not do it justice. Room is better I'm person. Staff are excellent. Allowed us to check in slightly early, left out bags there all day after checkout. On collection of bags we were greeted with complementary wine, procescco, cola and crisps. Excellently located. I have no reason not to visit this hotel again.

The Resident is just enough off the beaten path that the noise level is nonexistent, but so close to everything! We were able to walk to the waterfront, to Liverpool One, or to Liverpool Central train station within minutes. We had a travel disruption due to weather prior to arrival, and everyone was so kind and accommodating regarding changing our reservation. The reception desk team were all stellar, always willing to answer even the silliest of questions. Maria was especially friendly and helpful, but everyone there was simply amazing. I highly recommend staying at The Resident!

We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV. The location was perfect. It was very central and right around a lot of bars and restaurants, but you couldn’t hear anything from outside if you were in the room. Overall we really loved the Resident. And we are definitely coming back!

Lots of room for my family, but it would have been nice to have a chair or two. There was no place to sit other than on the beds!

La chambre était propre, la salle de bain également, l'accueil agréable, très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport aux autres hébergements possibles dans la ville. L'emplacement était central, quartier bruyant mais chambre bien insonorisée. Produits molton brown dans la salle de bain très agréables.
