I always come to this hotel when I visit Bogota because the staff always make me feel welcome. When they say "pet friendly", they are very very pet friendly. They give us two beds and two bowls for our two dogs. The cleaning staff even give us four bottles of water for me, my girlfriend, and our two dogs. The location is very safe because it's across the street from the police station. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall. The food is great, with lots of choices. I wish there's a bit more variety for the breakfast buffet, but it's definitely not bad. I think the only bad thing about the rooms is that there's no heat in the rooms, so you can only make it cold.

My second time in this hotel and it became my favorite, the staff treated my wife and me as never before, the exquisite uff food, as much as Domingo, Alexis and Milton treated us as at home highly recommended

Across from the National Police HQ, direct walk (5-10min) to Central Commercial GE, minutes from airport, easy to get to or from by Uber, excellent breakfast service and optional dinner is superb (personally recommend the Beef Medallions in Mushroom sauce).. staff was superb and house keeping was regular and more accommodating with maintaining the room.. views were spectacular from the 9th floor, could only imagine the others... Hight recommend you take the package deal if flight with this hotel.. just ensure that you let them know if there is more than one of you at check-in (complimentary breakfast is only for the registered occupant(s)... We loved it, this will be our regular stay when in Bogota

What I liked most about this property was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. I had no cold water and when I let them know, they had someone immediately come to my room and fix it. No waiting! The place overall is nice clean and well-located.
