We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day.

Great location and restaurant attached to the hotel

Clean rooms. The highlight of this hotel was Browns Restaurant (part of the hotel across from the lobby). Very good food and excellent breakfast. Property isn't walkable to the downtown shopping area. Overflow hotel parking lot across the street. Overall, we were satisfied and would likely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and clean but there is no lift. Our room was on the top floor on the opposite side of the lobby. Pack light because it is a long carry. The room as large and so was the bathroom. Very little parking at the hotel but we were one of the lucky ones to get a slot. You must get tickets to ride the Jabobite ( Hogwarts) Express. 6 hours of fun! Also this hotel is walking distance to the train station.

Very good location. Walkable to High Street and also convenient for many trailheads. However, no fridge in the room so don't buy any perishable foods. The 1-bedroom suite was quite large and suitable for remote work.

As a senior citizen it was hard to find that they had no elevator. So we had to go up and down a few steps and then up 2 flights. Luckily a waiter was able to carry our suitcases upstairs . The room was good but the mattress sagged in the middle and you could feel the springs. The bathroom was good but had no safety bar to hold onto in the bath/shower . The light/fan was very noisy in there also .. We had a good supper in their restaurant. In the morning check out was easy and we had cheerful help with our bags as the night before

Great place. However limited parking so yoy have to park across the street.

Very nice staff. We really appreciated the air conditioning—it was an unusually hot day, so that was a big plus. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, which made showering quite difficult; it took me at least 20 minutes. We understand it’s an older property, so we were fine with the small room. However, carrying our luggage up the stairs (no elevator) was definitely a challenge.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms appeared recently renovated and very clean. We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs, the food was delicious!

Fort William is a great city with a wonderful old town. Our stay here was nothing but excellent. At check in we received assistance to our room by the friendly staff in the hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and had plenty of space. It had two twin beds pushed together which were super comfortable. The hotel had a restaurant. We had a delicious dinner and cocktails as well as breakfast included in the morning. The service was so wonderful—everyone was friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall it's fine. It was clean and well presented, fridge with cold water in is always a nice touch, tea facilities come with a good selecyand biscuits, again a nice touch. Room was small, which is fine, but the only real negative was anytime the next room used their bathroom the sound of water running was so loud in my room it was impossible to sleep through.

Staff was very nice and helpful, but ACs randomly turned on and off and were very loud, disturbing sleep. And the washing machine sucked

It was okay. It definitely was not my favorite place that we stayed on our trip. My daughter wanted to take a shower when we got there and when she turned all the water the faucets were broken and were spraying water all over the place. We had to ask to be moved to another room. They wanted to just wait and call a plumber. It was also a little bit of a Trek to get to our room. It was up three different sets of stairs and through three different fire doors. The room was clean and spacious. like I said okay but not great. If we were to go back I would probably try somewhere else.

Little problem with communication between Expedia and hotel. Front desk personnel Effectively fixed the problem and made us feel Relieved and welcome. Wonderful stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The staff was amazing. So welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint. We would definitely return. It was very clean and comfortable.
