ห้องพักสะดวกสบายตามสไตล์ของ Hyatt แต่ก็มีข้อเสียในบางจุด - จานผลไม้สดต้อนรับในห้องสกปรก ไม่มีผลไม้ เหมือนว่ายังไม่ได้เอามาเติมและล้างทำความสะอาด - ในกาต้มน้ำร้อนสกปรกมีคราบดำ - ตู้เย็นไม่เย็น - จอง double bed แต่กลับได้ Single bed สองเตียง ทั้ง ๆ ที่พักคนเดียว - ประตูห้องมีร่องประตูใหญ่มาก ทำให้เสียงจากภายนอกเข้ามารบกวนตลอด - มินิบาร์ไม่มีของ ทั้ง ๆ ที่มีรายการ (สงสัยว่าจะยังไม่ได้เติม)

Not so great to stay and may stay other hotel.

The residences are large units suitable for long stays. Having kitchen and laundry in the unit made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport drop off and pharmacy delivery.

Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced. Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel

피닉스시티 마켓이 근처에 있어 식사 해결이 용이하고 공항과 가까운 장점이 있다. 이번 숙박에서는 침대에서 스프링 소리가 나서 좀 거슬렸다.

The staff are polite and attentive. Buffets are good both for breakfast and lunch. Gym is also well maintained

Staff were very friendly and great stay for a family of four with two small children. Apartment stay was comfortable and facilities were good for a family. Breakfast buffet had good selection of Indian food and also a western section. Chai tea in the morning and afternoon were good as well.

Il ristorante ZETA è eccezionale, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Quando sono arrivato ho trovato il letto in condizioni di scarsa igiene ed ho chiesto il cambio di tutta la biancheria. Chiunque può accedere alla piscina con scarpe da passeggio contaminando con le loro scarpe il pavimento.
