Awesome place...awesome centennial breakfast...

Great clean and safe place. Close to everything.

I like the checkin process easy and the front desk staff were very nice. Room was spacious and has good amenities. The only downside was the bathroom and the slowness in shower. Property, location and ambience around property was so pretty.

I got severe allergic reactions that I had to take medication. My entire body turned red. Not sure if was bed bug or linen was dirty. I couldn't sleep at night, it felt like something was biting me.

An iPhone charger was stolen from the room. When it was reported, they apologized for what had happened. They were supposedly going to investigate, but they didn't say anything. When I asked again, I only received an apology for what had happened.

Everything was great, except in our room in the corner, was a very questionable used wash cloth. Housekeeping must have overlooked it. Otherwise no issues and the stay was nice. Great breakfast options.

The room was clean. The breakfast is fresh, and tasty. The front desk was friendly and helpful for most of the time. When I was at another Hyatt Place, I understood I wasn’t able to get Hyatt points because I booked through a third party but they still got my Hyatt member number so I can accumulate nights stayed. I asked the same question to this hotel’s front desk, and got a firm no instead. I am not an expert of their system and I know I won’t be able to get points. But it seems it seems making sense to me that the member system knows how many I stayed at a Hyatt hotel. Saying no in front of face doesn’t make sense but how much do I know?

Great staff, friendly and fast check-in. Plenty of parking, amazing area and view of the bayou. Plenty of food and shopping within a short drive.

The property was nice, but someone tried to break into our truck. I feel there needs to be better security. When we were leaving, we also witnessed another vehicle that was left on bricks and all tires were stolen.

Safe area, clean rooms, great customer service, near mall and many stores. Great place to walk/run outdoor excerise

I love the hotel and when we arrived the front desk representative were amazing. The room was great for my family I just had a few issue. I saw little ants around the tables and the trash can did not have trash bags inside of the bin. The only thing that I enjoyed for the breakfast was the coffee and potato. The staff were very friendly and I would possible stay there again just minor discomfort.

It was good.

Only stayed for one night, but everything was great. I can’t say how any of the amenities were because I didn’t use them. I was staying for the proximity to a hospital. I was less than 10 minutes away. Everything is close to the hotel and it is easy to get to and out of.
