Es un hotel con instalaciones y muebles viejos, tal cual la fotografía, pero al final funcional; se puede dormir muy bien, a pesar de ubicarse en el Centro. Habitación amplia, con ropa de cama y cama bien, buena ventilación y aire acondicionado. Encuentro como plus, los dispensadores de agua potable en los pasillos. El desayuno bien, en dos días que me hospedé, hubo huevos, frijoles, chilaquiles, fruta, pan, café, leche, yogurt. En general bien, pero veo una gran área de oportunidad con el baño, es muy pequeño, las llaves de la regadera no cerraban bien, generando gotera, solo con un extractor, insuficiente para ventilar y las amenidades muy limitadas.

Todo fue excelente, muy buen servicio del staff, habitaciones cómodas, equipadas e impecables, desayuno balanceado, ubicación privilegiada; permite caminar a cualquier lugar.

Hermoso hotel y habitaciones, solo si vas en plan de descansar será un poco difícil, porque por estar ubicado en el mero corazón de Guanajuato Toda la noche hay ruido, musica, antros etc.... sin embargo su ubicación para turistear esta extraordinaria. :)

El personal súper amable y servicial (Martín sobre todo), la ubicación está excelente y son muy buenas instalaciones. El desayuno muy rico, si regresamos aquí ☺️

El balcón tenía vista bonita, solo se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. De ahí en adelante todo excelente

Everything was wonderful from check in, to staff attentiveness to daily cleaning, the place was clean and safe and if we needed help it was always made available.

Excellent air conditioning (February) , perfect location in the center of the old town, very walkable everywhere, quiet room since did not face the street, very helpful staff. Solid centuries old building with thick walls and high ceilings. Great breakfast included. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The check-in and out was flawless. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Many things were broken in the room: drawers where you might put clothes. The TV would not show any programs and probably wasn't connected to the internet. The safe would lock closed ( they did fix that). We needed to reconnect to WiFi multiple times a day. The breakfast was ok with quite a few buffet choices. Convenient location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean, well stocked and cozy. It really is a beautiful place. The location is a huge plus we were able to walk everywhere.
