No nos ha gustado que escanearan el DNI al hacer el checking. Entendemos que esta forma de proceder es excesiva e innecesaria para comprobar la identidad y vulnera de forma clara el derecho a la protección de datos, incluyendo el de un menor de edad.

A good nights sleep after a long journey , great breakfast

Tres bon accueil, l'hôtel est propre et confortable avec sauna pour se détendre apres une petite séance de sport. Je recommande.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, particularly the sauna, which was fantastic! The breakfast was absolutely incredible! We stayed during the early days of the San Fermin event and were treated with such warmth that we truly felt special.

Not a very good location. We found mold in the bathroom and and it seemed very harbor the price.

Struttura comoda

Hotel alla periferia di Pamplona ma perfetto per gli spostamenti. Non lontano dalla città, quindi si raggiunge la città velocemente. Hotel moderno dotato di tutti i confort, belle le camere, buona la colazione. Personale molto gentile. Consigliato per chi in auto voglia visitare Pamplona.

good stop over hotel, bit of an industrial estate location but comfortable room. just note restaurant only serves snacks Fridays and weekends

Not much to say, I think other reviews explain this hotel perfectly. By no means in Pamplona, completely over run. and to the point both my self and my partner felt unsafe and uncomfortable that we found alternative accommodation.

Tercera vez en este hotel. Desde hace varios meses tienen alojados a 50 extranjeros que no respetan las normas mínimas de comportamiento. Sin apenas servicio de comida en el restaurante. Mala experiencia está vez.

Personal muy agradable. El resto OK. El Punto negativo para el wifi....una castaña...acabe conectandome desde el movil. Cobrar el parking 3 o 4 Euros en la explanada de delante tampoco creo tenga mucho sentido y queda un poco feo. El desayuno muy completo y rico

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. Un dimanche soir, le restaurant était fermé. Nous nous sommes débrouillés à l'extérieur. Chambre propre. Lits très confortables. Salle d'eau agréable.

No me gustó que después de pagar el parking Yego por la noche y no habían plazas libres,me dicen que se habrá metido más gente y me quedé sin plaza teniendo el parking pagado

Se trata de un hotel dentro de un polígono industrial.Es lamentable que te quieran cobrar 3€ por meter el coche en el recinto vallado del hotel
