The room was beautiful. The location is fantastic! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. What a wonderful stay we had!

A quaint little hotel with lots of character. Was a beautiful spot along the River Thames. The staff were excellent and it was walkable to almost everywhere.

Wonderful location, amazing room and such a comfortable bed, great food and drinks, and, most of all, unbelievable service from everyone that worked there. We were made to feel incredibly special and looked after, and it really made our stay.

The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond.

Great location overlooking water… rooms are nice and comfortable although some updating could be in order soon. Bar is great and staff very accommodating.

This is the most charming hotel in a idilic spot right in the river and a short walk to the center of Richmond. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier or nicer and really cared.

This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back.

Brilliant stay and the restaurant was incredible. Amazing service and the copper bath was a lovely luxury. Only thing is there was no milk for a cup of tea but I’m sure they would’ve got me some if I’d asked.

Lovely hotel on the Riverside a stones throw away from Bars, Restaurants, shopping and Transport links. Stayed in the Cosy room which were ample for space and was very clean.
