Nice and convenient to Centro!

it was a rainy day in Cozumel and my room was flooded. The entire corner by the window was flooded completely and I had to place towels to soak up the waterfall. When I told the front desk, they did not seem bothered. They did not apologies at all. They just said that when they had time someone would go and fix the issue. Funny to say the fix was an extra two towels by the window. This place is falling apart and it does not worth the $$$ I spent. At least I was expecting an apology.

This is the third time we have stayed at Hotel Plaza Cozumel, and as before, everything was wonderful. Location is easy to walk to most places we wanted to go to. Staff are friendly, helpful and lovely. Simple, included breakfast, makes it easy to eat and get going. Rooftop pool has great views and lots of space.

Hotel muy céntrico, bonita área de alberca en el roof con muy bonita vista, tienen buen desayuno y la atención de la gente en el desayuno muy servicial, también destacar la atención de Amelia en recepción fue excelente, muy atenta todo el tiempo.

Getting a room on the backside, away from the ocean, there are a couple nightclubs / bars that play band music until 11:00 p.m. or later. It can be very loud. Ocean view is much quieter! Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just what I needed to get my day starting off right.

La chambre était très propre. Le personnel super accueillant. Les déjeuners exquis. Et que dire de la piscine sur le toit.... Tellement agréable. Je recommande cet établissement même si ce n'est pas le grand luxe. Qualité/prix on ne peut trouver mieux.

Love this hotel! Have stayed here at least 8 times in past years and just got back from a girls trip there with my daughters. Place is very clean-staff is wonderful and the breakfast is fantastic! Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Great low key hotel in an excellent location

breakfast was good. Standard egg choices. They could have added pastries. Fresh fruit was delicious. Elevator needs replacing, its in bad shape. Room was very bare. No chair, no hooks to hang up clothes, no closet, old furniture. Bathroom had a weird smell. Staff was very good.

The room was clean. Looked just like the pictures! There is a tiny elevator if you need it, if you don’t mind waiting for it. Located close to the end of the street across from the ocean! Not where you can do the beach though. You will have to drive/walk to a beach. Plenty of shops! We stayed in February with our 2 teen boys. Had a blast & would book again!
