Smells moldy. Restroom floor has mold

Seamed pretty good. Didn’t get to stay for breakfast,had to leave before 6. The ac in 214 doesn’t work a good as I would expect.

Nice place for the cost.

Clean room and bath, easy check in. Small lobby and breakfast area. False advertising stated it had sauna but no sauna just hot tub. Definitely overpriced is average 3 stars overall

Staff at the check in desk isn’t friendly or inviting. When I asked if that’s where we checked in, it seemed like I was disrupting her. No smile, welcome, nothing. Our room was right now to the cleaning crews storage closet, talk about noise when they’re getting ready in the morning! Then when we were showering and getting ready, they knocked on our door at 9:30! It felt like they just wanted us to check out early so they could get the room cleaned. Breakfast wasn’t anything to right home about, we chose not to eat. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad hotel, but I won’t be returning.

Tired Needs some TLC. Breakfast items empty and machine not working. Smoke alarm hanging by wires from ceiling. Used Kleenex behind night stand

It was okay, but looked and felt tired. The A/C was out the morning we checked out.

Bed was way to soft

Property is fine fir the price but the rooms are dated, pool/hot tub area was dirty (water in the hot tub was gross) and the walls are very thin. If you just need a place to crash for the night, the bed was comfortable and the AC/fan can drown out noise from adjacent rooms.

Staff was really great- hotel seemed a bit run down but looks like they are improving.

Just a beautiful location and property. The purpose of my stay was a stopover on a cross-country drive. I wanted to stay by Lake Michigan and this was the ideal place. Breakfast waiting for me in a basket was such a delight. I recommended Lakeside Inn to my sister after my stay, and she's hard to please. I would recommend to all.
