Very limited parking

Parking was more expensive than advertised on Expedia, and was in an outdoor, unsecured lot a small walk from the property. Not what we were expecting at all. Also the front desk didn’t tell us that street parking (literally across from the lot, closer to the property) was free. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful otherwise. Rooms were fairly clean. Soundproofing was non existent. On our first night, we could hear a loud group until late in the night. The price is right, but we likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent spot, good service, and the restaurant is very good too.

Overall very satisfied but the first night there was a lot of noise on the room over mine!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The only problem is hearing the vacuum running too early in the mornings.

Le fait d'avoir une cuisine dans la chambre est un gros plus. C'est l'idéal pour se promener entre Gatineau et Ottawa. Cependant, la chambre aurait besoin d'un rajeunissement. Le lavabo avait beaucoup de rouille, le lit était enfoncé au milieu ce qui a fait que nous avons mal dormi, les draps avaient plusieurs endroits où c'était jaunâtres et le bouchon du bain était rouillé et noir. L'ajout de verres ou de coupes à vin serait un plus. Malgré ses petits accros, nous avons passé un très beau séjour et le personnel est extraordinaire.

The rooms were nice and clean. However, the in house bistro where you supposedly could get breakfast never opened. Our visit was during the winter and management failed to plow or otherwise remove the snow from the $20/day parking area. The parking was across the stree behind some shady looking buildings with graffiti all over them. When we went to get our truck out in the morning someone had thrown a gaming chair in the pickup bed. The exits from the parking were blocked by other cars except for one a their was a foot plus of snow. We were able to get them to bring someone with a snowblower over after complaining to the front desk. I think this should have been automatic in a paid parking area. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need parking or breakfast. There are not any food options nearby other than delivery.

Just got back from a four-night stay at Les Suites and we were very happy with our accommodations. We went for Winterlude and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what was going on. Our room had a small kitchen which was perfect for our family of four. Rooms were clean with everything you need

Clean and spacious. Everything was great!

Rooms are spacious however had a smell and furniture is worn. Only had a small restaurant for breakfast and nothing else.

I did not expect this place to be this spacious.

L’hôtel correspondait à ce qu’on recherchait pour une nuit. Très propre mais stationnement 20$ par jour…

Smooth check in. Great size room. Comfortable bed (feels a bit soft but no pain waking up). All the minimum amenities provided in the kitchen.

Nothing bad to say about my stay there.
