Not so good. Definitely not worth 4 star. One employee to manage all the hotel… Reception, the bar and the breakfast. So you can imagine the level of service. She was so kind and trying to do all what she can. The photos give you illusion that is a palace which is not the case at all

Nice hotel, welcome was really friendly and the guy at reception was really helpful. Located centrally and perfect for Paris-Roubaix.

Pas de service de chambre l’après-midi ! Donc la Chambre n’a pas été nettoyé ! Demande des serviettes propres à la réception pour au minimum reprendre une douche …. Demande impossible à honorer, pas possible d’avoir dés serviettes

À l arrivée j informe de ne pas avoir de service de chambre durant mon séjour. Le lendemain matin la femme de ménage est venue toquer à la porte ??????

Per due giorni ho fatto presente che la televisione (piccolissima) non funzionava totalmente. Nessun rimedio. Neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in camera. Nonostante fossimo due hanno sempre messo una sola salvietta. Macchia importante nella parete.

Superbe hotel en centre ville à l'architecture impressionnante. Seul regret, le manque de sourire lors du petit déjeuner largement compensé par l'accueil à la réception.

Great hotel and staff in a very central area the only issue i had was the evening restaurant and its lack of vegetarian options basically salad or omlette and chips but locally there are some very good alternatives
