Sehr nettes Personal und ein super Frühstück mit toller Auswahl an Speisen. Der Frühstücksraum ist ansprechend dekoriert.

Alles bestens. Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer. Die Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden aber da sind sie ja sogar schon dabei. Also wenn das Bad dann auch frisch renoviert ist, ist das ein richtig TOP Hotel. Komme gerne wieder

Hotel proche de la gare de train et du tram. Chambre spacieuse et confortable mais mal insonorisee. La jeune receptionniste etait sympathique et comprehensive , mais il a fallu batailler pour obtenir le petit dejeuner qui etait inclus dans notre reservation. La responsable refusait de l'admettre malgré les preuves apportées, alors que c'est clairement indiqué sur la page de l'hotel.De plus les frais à payer sur place etaient plus élevés que ceux indiqués sur le reçu expedia, 4 taxes de sejours pour une nuit. Du jamais vu. Lors du check out la dame à l'accueil qui semblait être la responsable a été fort desagreable.

Es war alles in einem ordentlichen Zustand und Sauber und vorallem komfortable mit einer extra grossen Dusche.

Hotellet var OK, inte mer. Det gick inte att ladda bilen över natten. Hotellet var ett självservicehotell (det funkade bra). Lobbyn såg lite sliten ut, men rummet var i toppskick, rent och fräscht. Sängarna var för hårda i min smak.

Came in at 11pm. No staff at the property. You need a code to check in and they did not send it because I booked it on Expedia and they said they didn't have any ability to reach me. I could clearly see that they did as I could see an earlier message they sent me through the Expedia app. Took me 30 minutes to get inside the building. I had to find a number to call as they didn't even have that posted next to the check in drop box. Really poor execution to fix an easy issues.. My phone died but my partners phone still worked. If I was alone I truly would have been screwed.

Perfect if you are the concert at the Stadthalle, its right next door. its a place to sleep, not much more, but its a friendly staff and the breakfast was good.
