i-Suite were fantastic. I especially want to highlight the friendliness of the staff serving breakfast. They were very professional and welcoming, and you should be proud of them

Good spot

I had high hopes after reading so many glowing reviews, but in all honesty, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The pool area is very small and the pool itself is plastic, which felt underwhelming. Breakfast was not buffet-style (which I had looked forward to), but served to your table. Unfortunately, every time I ordered scrambled eggs, I was given bacon—I'm vegetarian, so this was particularly frustrating. While some of the food was nice, it wasn’t outstanding as other reviews suggested. Toast was often burnt and dishes lacked flavour. Service was polite and staff were friendly, but there was a clear language barrier with several staff members, which made communication difficult. Clearing tables also took far too long—not something you'd expect from a 5-star establishment. The rooms were definitely the highlight—modern, clean, and comfortable. However, the reception area looked tired, with white decor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. What really surprised me was that access to the spa facilities (like the steam room and sauna) required an extra fee, despite paying €500 a night. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels and have never been charged separately for basic spa access. The hotel entrance also lacks impact, looking more like a 4-star property. Overall, while the stay was pleasant in parts, it does not live up to 5-star standards. It feels more like a 4-star hotel with 5-star pricing.

Nice unique facility

We had a nice stay, first room some things were broken, so we called the reception and they gave us an upgraded room, very nice. Breakfast is nice, food is good. One minor thing, the cocktail serving at the pool is quite slow and the pool walls needs more cleaning and maintenance.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, avevo prenotato una suite 40 metri quadrati vista mare, Ma mi è stata assegnata una stanza di 28/30 metri quadri vista strada. Loro sostengono che è una vista mare laterale, ma bisogna uscire in terrazzo e sporgersi per vederlo. Un 5 stelle se c è scritto vista mare non pissono esserci questi compromessi.

I booked the hotel for my trip to Italy with my husband. When I arrived, they said I had only booked for 1 person so I was charged an additional 120 Euro dollars for my husband to stay. There was hair in the bed and they did change the sheets The TV had no English channels and they had maintenance come to look at it and said the cable was out due to the weather. We ended up leaving early and going to another hotel. The hotel is in a great location and staff was nice and accomodating and the experience was disappointing.

Tolles modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr guter Service, schön großes Zimmer. Alles war sauber und komfortabel.

Sehr sauberes Hotel - vielen Dank den Zimmerpersonal- ebenso grosses Lob an das Servicepersonal im Restaurant - so muss es sein. Alles im allen top Hotel an top Lage.

Staff was very friendly and nice. You can feel that they try their best to make your stay nice. Breakfast is very tasty. You can jump into the pool at any time you wish. Only thing I would improve is smart TV and normal bath water temperature regulator instead of this weird joystick which is hard to operate to set the temperature right or to completely turn the water off you have to play around with it until it stops dripping. But none of this really affected the stay in this hotel.All in all very happy with it.

Beautifully updated and modern hotel. The pool and spa was perfect after traveling for the past week. The Adriatic Sea was a gorgeous welcome in the morning and the overall pace of the beach area was nice and chill... also, the breakfast was exceptional!

Accommodatie is (als je van de stijl houdt) prima, personeel uiterst vriendelijk en attent. Concept van het ontbijt misschien wel het beste wat je in een hotel kan vinden. Airco die echter niet werkt als een airco waardoor je ‘s nachts de deur naar het balkon moet openzetten vanwege de temperatuur. Beneden bevindt zich de populairste bar van Rimini met herrie tot 03:00 in de ochtend. Hopeloos…
