We moved to this hotel because the one we booked the pool was out and the kids was with us but I wish we would have stayed where we was at because hotels.Com said it was the same price and other guests payed way less for the same room we got the bed was hard as a rock springs poked you in the back and the hotel we had before was was nice but the pool was down but hotels.com said they had to book it and I told the guy it was a cheap hotel they was putting us in and they wouldn’t pay us back and you can’t understand the people you talk to when you call hotels.com

They have a wonderful staff

Staff was pleasant, and helpful. The side doors from parking lot need repair. Could not enter building from pool side, the other side had black tape around the top. Not really a secured building!

Room musty smelling and pretty beat up. Chair in the room looked like a crime scene. Probably needs to be replaced ASAP. Bathroom only half cleaned

Room was clean, air worked great, staff was super friendly and was relatively quiet through the night.

Very conveniently located. Easy check in and out. Very nice property . Room was very clean and quiet. Great breakfast and nice pool.

Great experience

The property is very well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable. The occupancy was high,however, atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Location was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.Each staff member was professional and friendly. Would 10/10 stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful

We were there to visit Wild Acres and this was the perfect location. Clean & the AC worked fantastic!

We had a great stay, very comfortable and quiet.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. I feel like the room and facilities could’ve been cleaner. My first room they put me in the door was broken so they had to move me rooms which was frustrating, but they did it quickly and ai saw them fixing that door the next morning.

Had a good stay. Stayed about 10 years ago and thought it was one of the best hotels. It was still good. Check-in girl was friendly, helpful and nice even though things were busy. Breakfast was very good, too. Hotel appeared very clean. The complaints would be for the water. Took forever to heat up. Not a big deal though. I do have to caution the tub is very slippery. There were no mats or grips on the tub floor. Be careful. Wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Multiple add ins for oatmeal and even waffles with chocolate chips and/or blueberries. I had not seen that anywhere else in my travels and i judge the breakfast by its waffle maker.

Staff were kind. Overall calm/no loud noises so it was easy to sleep. Bed was very comfortable & room was spacious. Complaints- I had to wipe down all surfaces directly after arriving (in the middle of the night, so we were very tired) when wiping the counters and nightstand areas my white clorox wipes were coming up very dirty brown. Bathroom sink & counter still had hair on it from someone shaving. Toilet would not flush so had to go downstairs at night to use the restroom. The mini fridge reeked of food. The front desk told us they couldn't fix toilet but we could swap rooms,due to it being nightime,we felt it wasnt worth swapping and having to clean a whole other room again. The TV in our room would not work properly so that was also disappointing. Also noticed the windows and curtains were stained. Breakfast downstairs had a decent variety but the area was quite messy (though a lot of it could have been from the guests). Also the outer door near elevator locked everybody out & would not open with key card. Made it difficult to bring luggage straight to elevators. I will say that the staff were very friendly & after leaving my review I did receive a full refund which I did NOT expect. So customer service was good.

The hotel was an outdated hotel. The night I stayed it was completely full. the room was clean but the bed need replaced. It was not the normal soft comfortable feel. The next morning we had to wait for the water to get hot before we could shower. The people there were very nice but couldn't fix the issues.
