I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The breakfast was great and the room was clean. I was considered “vip” due to Expedia status so I received 20 percent off food and wine and a free drink. It would’ve been nice to be told that this actually does not count for the breakfast and that the free drink must be wine or beer. Not a big deal but it would’ve been nice to hear it before getting breakfast and ordering a mojito and being told no twice in a row. Otherwise lovely hotel and would return in an instant. I am disappointed with my recent stay at SANA Berlin Hotel, especially as I had a positive experience last year. The standard has clearly declined. On arrival, the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, which is unacceptable in a non-smoking environment. Cleanliness was poor throughout , the dining table had visible marks from previous guests, and the headboard in the main bedroom had obvious spill stains, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. Most concerning, the dishcloth by the sink was heavily stained brown, which is unhygienic and made the space feel dirty. There were also maintenance issues. The towel rail above the bath was skewed and appeared to be pulling out of the wall, giving a neglected and unsafe impression. Service was equally disappointing. For a week-long stay, I expected slippers and a robe to be provided as advertised without asking, particularly to use the pool facilities. By the second morning, when nothing had been provided, I had to request slippers and a robe myself, which should not be necessary. Overall, the apartment felt unclean and poorly maintained. This was a stark contrast to my previous stay and reflects a clear decline in standards.

En mycket god frukost. Rummet var något varmt och värmen gick inte att justera. Poolen uppe på spaet var ganska kallt och det blåste mycket från fläkten. Hotellet i sin helhet är jättebra. Men det kan bli bättre på deras spa avdelning.

Room and Staff were amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while visiting Europe. Location and amenities very nice. Will definitely be staying again when I return!

I would’ve loved to give more stars as we did actually enjoy our stay. The hotel was mostly clean, aside from the cigarette smell, and very quiet. The pool area was a lovely and our kids had lots of fun. There are a lot of pros but unfortunately we had several incidents that added up to the low star rating. - slippery floors in the bedroom: our youngest son slipped while walking near the bed and hit his cheek off of the wooden base, which is quite sharp. Thankfully, he only grazed his cheek and has a minor bruise. Had he fallen in a different direction it could’ve been much worse. - slippery floors by the pool: the pool area is quite small, and of course children are jumping in the water and splashing everywhere, which of course is to be expected. But this means the floor surrounding the pool gets very wet and extremely slippery. My husband slipped on the stairs, going out of the pool area. - sliding doors in the rooms- the sliding doors in the bedrooms are quite heavy and dangerous for kids. - 2 of the chairs in our room had tacks/nails sticking up through the fabric. - we loved the pool but noticed a big difference between the first two days of our stay and the last two days. When we first arrived, the pool area and the water were really warm and lovely to swim in. But the last two days it was much colder sitting by the pool and the water was freezing. It was very strange that there was such a huge difference.

Har bodd her flere ganger og er svært fornøyd både med renhold, fasiliteter og beliggenhet kort fra Kurfúrtsen Dam. Jeg vil også spesielt fremheve frokosten som er utmerket, og den fantastiske jobben frokost personalet gjør med å raskt rydde og tørke av border slik alt er pent og rent med hvite tøy servietter, noe som ofte ikke ivaretas godt nok selv på dyrere hoteller. Servicen ved frokosten oppleves alltid i særklasse. Jeg kommer snart tilbake. Takk
