My daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned daily and the food was fresh and delicious. We would most definitely recommend this hotel!!

We came late at night and was setup to get a family room, this was in 1st. floor so we asked to get a room on ground floor, receptionist checked this up for us and had 1 room available so we got this, room was spacious and clean comfy beds though the pillows was a bit hard to what we are used with. The guy that was cleaning our room was very helpful and made a good job on that, much appreciated! Bartenders at the pool and in the lobby made nice drinks for us. Food was overall good and the Italian Ala Carte restaurant had very nice food, also the beach restaurant had good food, so well done for the kitchen personal! We had lots of fun with the animation team from early morning to late evening, some good shows and various activity, though this hotel is mostly french peoples staying at they managed to include some norwegians aswell :) Also the hotel management team had some walks around checking up on the guests to see if everything was ok, i think that is a good way to make sure for the hotel that the guests have a good and pleasant stay. Pools were nice with 2 pool bars and i enjoyed participate on the water volleyball. The hotel is family friendly and there where some younger kids with families though mostly adults at this hotel. The beach was very nice and it shared the beach with its sisterhotel Jaz Elite. All in all i would consider to come back to this hotel again.

Super hôtel, très beau avec un superbe personnel toujours au petit soin pour vous. Piscine, chambre et restauration au top. Nous avons passez de superbe vacances, je recommande très fortement !

So glad we only stayed for a few hours before our flight. Noisy air con, beach a good 10mins walk away-unlike the photos. Rooms shabby and smelly bathroom. Reception was very pleasant but that was the highlight.

The stay was amazing and I would recommend. The hotel has a high standard of food and drinks. There were always enough sunbeds available. The staff are friendly and helpful

Séjour entre amis parfait à l'Iberotel Casa Del Mar!!! de l'accueil en passant par le service aux clients et l'animation, tout y était parfait ! Nous reviendrons !!! Dommage cependant que l'équipe d'animation Marmara qui vient de s'installer dans cet hôtel n'était pas au point cette semaine sur le lancement de la période été 2024. On voulait remercier Ahmed de la réception qui nous a grandement aidé lors de notre premier jour d'installation en faisant preuve de grande réactivité et nous a changé rapidement de chambre suite au bruit que nous avons subis qui venait d'une rue avoisinante!!! Il nous a permis également de pouvoir garder notre chambre le dernier jour, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas être stressé pour notre départ!! Merci également aux serveurs Mina, Elsayed et Abdou pour leur gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins pour leurs clients, ainsi qu'à notre homme de ménage qui réalise un travail parfait pour ses hôtes!!! Nous reviendrons!!!

Simply this hotel was the best one during my holiday in Hurghada-I tried 4 different hotels to see how difference they are, and I har most pleasant time at Iberotel. Room, pool, bar, foods were all top level, and staffs were all kind. Especially Ahmed at reception was the most professional one I’ve seen during my whole holiday in Hurghada. I will definitely come to this hotel again.

hôtel propre espace vert très bien entretenue la nourriture est bonne .le personnel a la réception ne parle pas français mais il y a charlotte multilingue qui de votre arrivé a votre départ est toujours présente pour toute demande en lien a votre séjour .le personnel des bars a la restauration est très serviable donc très très bon séjour en plus il y a 2 équipes d' animateurs le club marmara en français et l'autre anglais qui tout le long de la journée vous propose des activités

Loved everything about this hotel but inconvenience about not having wifi in the rooms.

Very accurate pools and quiet area

The room was adequate. Some of the fixtures were old and needed replacing. The staff and food choices were wonderful. The reserved beach was very small. The area surrounding was very trashy, but the hotel was clean.

Super hôtel, personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Le Buffet est varié et bon. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et avec une superbe vue. L’extérieur et les piscines sont très agréables.

Les chambres supérieures sont très sales mais les premium très bien

Très bel hôtel, piscine magnifique bien qu’elle ne soit malheureusement pas chauffée, le personnel est au top très attentionné et au petits soins. Le buffet que ça soit petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou diner est très varié et change d’un repas a l’autre. Un hôtel que je recommanderai sans soucis a mes proches !
