The staff was not helpful at all, except for the staff cleaning the rooms. Our room was not cleaned during the first days of our stay. We went to ask the receptionist if the rooms are cleaned daily, his answer was no. Then I asked if we could get clean towels at least then. We were 2 to go ask and only got towels for one. Obviously, the next day, the cleaning staff was there cleaning our room. Maybe our room was forgotten the first days? Either way, the answer should have been yes. The shower was so small and the water kept running out and leaking into the room. The shower drain was having trouble so the water was filling up every time we showered.

There was a group of kids staying at the hotel. It was extremely loud at all hours of the night. The breakfast was the same every day, very bland.

O hotel é muito confortável e perto de tudo, dá pra ir caminhando até o Vaticano, uns 20 min a pé. O café da manhã é bem farto e variado. A equipe muito gentil e prestativos. Nosso quarto era bem espaçoso e com outro quarto conjugado, éramos em três. Excelente custo-benefício, eu voltaria de novo e recomendo, com cereais.

La habitación limpia, personal indiferente, ubicación bastante buena, acceso mediante scooters o bicicletas con la App de uber, lo que no me gustó fue que la habitación mía estaba a pisos bajo del suelo y tenía un humedad fría. El desayuno podría mejorar

When we first checked in, the bathroom had a strong odor, and we ended up needing to switch rooms. The staff handled the situation quickly and moved us without any issues. We also had an early flight home, and the team prepared a takeout breakfast for us, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself feels very outdated. The bathroom especially needs renovation, and there were very few electrical outlets available in the room. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the facilities could really use an update.

Parking was safe with plenty of room. Bit of a walk to the Vatican, about 15 minutes but downhill.

The breakfast had lots of options. House cleaning at 8:30am is unacceptable knocking loudly at your day. I asked for no more disruptions and they still came in after I left for the day. I had money and valuable laying around which wasn't cool. You can hear the showers running from adjacent rooms as well as all the noise travels.

Chambre propre et bien entretenu. Manque quelques équipements de confort (chaussures de douche, peignoir...). Petit dejeuner correct sans être exceptionnel. Quartier calme, mais clients de l'hôtel bruyants. Peu de commerces à proximité.
