スタッフは皆んな優しかったけど、掃除が全くされていなかったり、照明が突然切れて修理に時間がかかり、その間ずっと真っ暗で過ごして、十分なサービスが受けられなかった。

The property is well kept, clean, safe, and the breakfast is excellent. The vache noire mall is right next door and has plenty of choices for food and shopping. The parking garage is large and easily accessible. Being outside is city center is worth it to not have all the noise, pickpockets, and questionable hotels. This is a great choice and worth every penny.

Convinient location to Orly airport. Staff was friendly and quick with anything you ask. The safe buttons weren't working properly.

Disfruté mucho la estancia, la zona es bastante tranquila y tienes enfrente un pequeño centro comercial! El transporte está a menos de 10 minutos caminando para el centro de París o los aeropuertos!

The hotel was ok. We were on a family holiday with younger children but we were put on different floors. Then we were not able to go up or down to other floors due to ‘hotel policy’ . Someone got stuck in the lift and then we only had one lift for the rest of the stay.

I was evicted from the hotel I was booked at and was expected to make my own way to another hotel whilst they cancelled my booking.

Great location with convenient access to local trains but the room we stayed at had no air conditioning. For this reason, we will not be staying at this location if we visit Paris again.

I would definitely stay again! I just recommended this location to a friend that will be visiting soon. The breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! It was only a 10 min walk to the main transport station. The bus stops were also right in front. The mall across the street was a nice feature. We walked the area several restaurant options to enjoy. It was easy to get to all the major attractions.

The housekeeping staff didn’t clean my or my father-in-law‘s room. It really put us off. We have no clean towels and they didn’t replace the coffee service on any of the four night stay. The front desk was super helpful and would be the main reason to stay there again

It was a nice place if you discount a bit out of the way. metro about 7-10 min walking; bus stop around the corner but both metro and buses are complex and there is no translation. Breakfast and service was good, clean, safe. Four stars only due to location so far from museums and interesting places.
