Great places near everywhere

Room had cockroaches and mold in the shower. Hard to overlook those two issues. Almost booked a different hotel, but wife convinced me to stick it out. They had a cappuccino machine in the room which was not plugged in and no outlet that I could find, I had to move it to the bathroom to plug it in. Very odd to have amenities with no outlet. Most of the staff was not super friendly, but that could be a general distaste for US travelers right now. Pool looked nice but we did not use it.

Excelente ubicación, zona segura con opciones de tiendas de comida muy cerca. Necesitábamos salir antes de la hora del desayuno, y el box lunch que nos ofrecieron fue muy sencillo, creo que pudieran tener más opciones. Hotel sencillo pero funcional

Me asustaron en el baño, cuando mi pareja iba saliendo de la habitación abrieron la puerta y la cerraron jamás me había pasado eso. La verdad no volveré ahí habitación 113

Bon petit déjeuner, propre , personnel très gentil

Room was very dirty, furniture was very dated. We had to sign an agreement to not flush any toilet paper. The room had a terrible smell. We were staying at the 2 bedroom room which was very dark. The 4 star rating of this hotel is extremely deceiving. In the US this is likely a 2-star rated hotel at most. Closest equivalent is a Motel 6. We decided not to stay the night

This hotel overall is very nice for business, is centric and easy to move to different locations in San Jose, the gym is a bit small but it works for a quick workout, the breakfast could be better, same options every day but it’s good, the rooms are clean and spacious, undoubtedly a great option in San Jose.

Very nice hotel.

The worst room of the hotel, small, dark and with a bad smell. It was so nice the last time.

Breakfast consisted of a wide variety of food with a friendly staff aiming to please. The bartender didn't know how to make a negroni but learned quickly and my cocktail was delicious.

Hotel is OK, but the room is super dated, dirty, old mattress, no electrical outlet in the night table, not tv in the room. Living with very small TV and dinner chairs to watch TV. A full rip off of money.
