Inside this hotel everything is good, but outside the hotel is quite messy such as dust on the roadside, chaos traffic and noisy horn sound.

The stay was okay. The room had all the necessary amenities like a kettle, smart TV, mini bar, and bathing essentials. The gym and pool facilities were great, and the hotel also offered spa services, which was a nice touch. The cleaning staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was disappointing, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. Additionally, the bathing essentials provided, such as shampoo and conditioner, were of poor quality. Finally, the hotel was located in a secluded area with limited nearby restaurants.

I checked in for my hotel and I realised that the wifi is not working I called the receptionist many times and they never answered. Overall my experience was terrible and I regret booking in.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely accommodating. One particular experience stood out—when we requested a banana for our baby, who is not yet eating solid food, it was provided without any hassle. The breakfast area staff was wonderful, and a special mention goes to Anjali, who was incredibly helpful. Overall, the hospitality and service were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

I liked what it had to offer for the price. Although the location wasn't applaudable and the premises does not look like what is shown in the pictures, its much worse.

This property and staff was amazing for the week I stayed there. The staff is very nice, everything I tried from the room service menu was very good. Breakfast in the morning is very good. When I am in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

5th floor spa treatment was very wonderful and they are using real ayurveda oil by your choice. skill by japanese owner ,its quite nice and world standard .if you would like to relief your body and mind lets try spa!! thanks for their hospitality .

Experience was not so good this time I have been to the hotel many times before but the kind of attitude I got to see this time from the hotel staff was not good They should know that a customer comes to the hotel to take a stay not for maintaining 5S into the room

Great to stay here though little away from work place even few more branded hotels being available trying with Country Inn was worth.

One issue in this hotel is the weak Wifi

Room itself was very Nice, comfortable. Food Quality was good, Breakfast was nice. Being a Carlson group hotel I expected much better. They were not aware of my reservation, No Towels in room, No Toiletries, Stinking room. I ordered Thai Curry and they called and said not available, a lot of dishes were unavailable.
