Great location, family and pet friendly hotel

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, mais l’hôtelier demande de payer la veille de l’arrivée. Or, 5 jours avant notre arrivée, ils ont annulé la réservation puisque je n’avais pas payé. Après avoir communiqué avec eux, ils m’ont dit de réserver de nouveau. C’est ce que j’ai fait et j’ai payé immédiatement. Malgré tout, ils ont annulé de nouveau. J’ai réservé encore, mais je me retrouve à être facturé pour deux nuits alors que nous en avons passé qu’une seule. Ce fonctionnement ressemble à une magouille pour que l’on paie la chambre à deux reprise. Vraiment dommage!

Mycket bra även för oss som var på genomresa på väg till Nerja. Kom fram 21 och kunde checka in smidigt och köpte 9 euro parkering i källarens garage. Plus 10 euro för vår hund. Frukostbuffé ingick som var god! Läge mitt på stranden. vi återkommer!

This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the manager no better when he arrived. Parking is restricted on height.

Goede kamer, goede bedden, goede douche. Mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Dinerbuffet was lekker maar beperkte keuze. Ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend. Aanrader voor alles samen. Perfecte ligging van het hotel.

Nous avons loué une chambre accompagné de notre chienne. Nous n’avons pas pu dîner au restaurant car elle n’était pas acceptée. Un endroit dans le restaurant serait apprécié si les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus.

Très belle hôtel

Great location right by the beach, but an older property which is kept clean. I Didn’t know that they allowed dogs in the rooms and someone’s dog barked during the nights of my stay.

Recepción: El chico de la recepción de por la noche es muy majo pero no ayuda en nada y dice que todo lo comentemos a las 8:00. Las otras recepcionistas son un poco secas que no son capaces de saludarte y si tú las saludas a veces ni te devuelven el saludo. El buffet: Sin carteles con el nombre de los platos ni los alérgenos y al preguntarles a los camareros no saben responder porque no se les comenta tampoco a ellos. Aún así resaltar la atención de los camareros en el buffete porque son muy agradables y cualquier cosa que les pidas te ayudan. La piscina: Escondida, pequeña y justo al lado de la cocina del hotel que tiene la puerta arriba donde salen los trabajadores a su descanso. A parte en la zona de la piscina las chicas de limpieza dejan las bolsas de basura. La habitación: Esto es lo mejor porque las vistas eran directas a la playa. La habitación es muy grande, la camada muy cómoda y muy moderna. Con neverita y el armario con perchas y huecos para colocar bien la ropa. El aire acondicionado es por ventilación y refresca mucho la habitación y al ser tan potente en poco tiempo deja la habitación fresquita

Lovely beachfront hotel, friendly staff. Nice bar with great sea views. My room had a balcony and overlooked the sea, perfect for a chill out. Very limited parking, make sure you pre book a space if you need to park at the hotel, i was lucky as i was travelling out of season, and there was 1 space free.

The personal and the food were great. The rooms by itself are old and requieres renovation, mattresses are awful. No gym in the 4 star hotel. Parking for the own clients is not free.

Geweldige airco, balkon met echt zeezicht en vlakbij strand. Douche geweldige waterstraal. Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zwembad wel erg klein.

Vue mer splendide. Un grand balcon et une belle exposition. Une grande chambre et salle de bains propres. Le personnel est tres agréable. Le moins de cet hébergement concerne la piscine ridiculement petite pour celle près du bar terrasse et l'autre petite aussi, située dans un coin a l'ombre derrière l'hôtel avec 2 chaises longues car l'espace est très très reduit. Allez-y pour la mer.

Casablanca Playa was a fantastic hotel close to the beach and a plethora of other restaurants. Have the breakfast, it is healthy, delicious, and tasty! Don’t forget to open your sea-facing window to enjoy listening to the waves!
