Excelente la atención y disposición del personal

The administration of this hotel is very unprofesional...They don't give what you have paid... 1. I paid for an airconditioned room and they give me a room only with a fan and they told me not all there rooms have air condition that is why the moment I checked in, there is no airconditioned room available..but I already paid the room online but they did not reserved it for me.. and it is clearly stated in here that all the rooms have air conditions but the hotel said only few rooms have air conditioned... 2. I clearly put on my reservations 2 adults, 2 children...and it is clearly stated that with my reservation, there is a free buffet breakfast. When I checked in, they inform me that the free buffet breakfast is just for 2 adults and I have to pay for the buffet breakfast of my kids...I clearly put 4 people in my reservations and it said there with free buffet breakfast, it was not written here in hotels.com that the free buffet breakfast are just for 2 adults. 3. The buffet breakfast is not really a buffet type...You are not allowed to get the foods..there is a waiter who will ask you what you want from the buffet table (with just very basic foods) and he will just bring it to you. I f you want to eat more, you have to ask again the waiter for a plate of foods...so it is not a typical buffet...it is hard because there is only one waiter who attended all the customers in the breakfast area and you have to wait. HENCE, IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM! Everything is a LIE...

Ampliamente recomendable, buena atención y edificio en buen estado

Habitación pequeña, rara con el lavamanos fuera del baño. No hicieron limpieza, solo cambio de toallas. Estacionamiento ok, a unos 200 m del hotel. Desayuno básico.

Buen hotel costo beneficio.

El estacionamiento físicamente es terrible, los cuidadores muy amables pero visualmente es tétrico, sombrío, todo lo demás es ok.

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle no tienen vidrio para aislar el ruido, y toda la noche escuchas las motos, los camiones, los autos, etc…; el estacionamiento no tiene luz, y si llegas de noche es una cueva muy propicia para un robo u otra situación desagradable…; uno de los colchones rechinaba, así es que en cada movimiento era un rechinado…; lo único súper a gusto fue la regadera y la cafetera. No nos quedamos al desayuno, no doy opinión al respecto. Muy limpia la habitación!

El personal del restaurante extremadamente amable

Es necesario llegar a tiempo al desayuno PQ se satura.

No fue necesario usar el aire acondicionado,pero funcionaba muy bien,las habitaciones que nos dieron muy limpias ,el personal muy amable, y el área de estacionamiento muy cerca del hotel, en general todo excelente, el servicio de buffet excelente

Pueden mejorar el desayuno, al menos 2 guisados más, con los demás servicios estoy satisfecho.

Cama confortable, sin ruido externo, cerca del centro, desayuno con varias opciones diarias, todo delicioso, personal atentos a las solicitudes.

La atención en el restaurante excelente, el desayuno muy bueno
